You haven't missed anything Cullen related apart from some nice artwork but there is a new thread kicking around after a Tweet about the "Inquisition Scout Leader" lots of speculation as to who they are, wether new or returning character. As always, tease dropped and nothing more said lol.

 

I'm nervous, most sane people have normal fears, like dentists and spiders etc, I have a hairdresser appt in the morning and I'm bricking it I hate hairdressers with a passion hence why I go only twice a year and resemble some rare Scottish sheep the rest of the time lol. Wish me luck

The fear is real! I hate having my hair cut, especially when there's a chance that they could really mess it up. I refuse to go anymore and I cut and dye my own hair instead... which is probably why is always looks a bit of a mess, but i'd rather screw up my own hair and have it be my fault than pay out far too much money to let someone else ruin it, LOL!

The fear is real! I hate having my hair cut, especially when there's a chance that they could really mess it up. I refuse to go anymore and I cut and dye my own hair instead... which is probably why is always looks a bit of a mess, but i'd rather screw up my own hair and have it be my fault than pay out far too much money to let someone else ruin it, LOL!

 

Not messy, "au natural" lol.

My husband dyes my hair for me, way too many wee grey ones coming through now to be ignored lol although I would no sooner trust him with a pair of scissors and my hair as I would a hairdresser, I figure a lawsuit would be cheaper than a divorce in any case.

It's nice to know I'm not alone though, so may of my friends think I'm really weird but it takes allsorts I suppose lol.

Going to go and hyper-ventilate into another coffee now I think lol.

I avoid going to the hairdresser if I can!For some reason they're all determined to give me a buzz cut or something.So I cut my own hair too.Although never attempted to dye it,because I like my natural colour and I don't think anything else would suit me,at the moment.

LOL, I remember once I wanted a bob (kinda like how Victoria Beckham used to have hers)... I swear, I literally came out with a half-mullet. I went mad at the hair dresser guy, not because it was a bad cut, that can't always be helped, but because he stood there and held up the images I brought in of the bob and said "it looks exactly the same" when it blatantly didn't. Hell, he didn't even bother to straighten my hair when he saw how huge and curly it was after he'd finished cutting it. 

 

... Man, that still makes my blood boil even to this day, lol.

Just don't ask your slightly drunk Aunt to do it just before you head overseas. She forgot to add the colour to the dye mixture only to smooth it on after... result: very very brassy blonde (with orange) ... I'm the type of blonde that some dyes will make my hair go orange.... not fun. I dislike hairdresser too... cost a fortune for a trim, let alone a full on cut and/or colour

My hair decided a number of years ago that it wanted to be curly, that's after years of it being poker straight lol. Anytime I go to a hairdresser, and they are mulling it over and fingering it and such -shudders- they are all like "it isn't that curly" then they wash it............well, the last hairdresser suggested I "embrace the curls" rather than fighting them...great plan BUT I don't want curly hair lol.

I used to always take magazine cuttings of styles I wanted, never once, not once have any come close, starting to wonder if its my interpretation on the style that is wrong lol.

Maybe it will be different this time

 

I had a friend at school that used a blonding product before she went on holiday to Orlando, came home and her hair was tinted green, I would just die

I hate hairdresser's, my husband dyes, cuts and straightens my hair for me. This saves me going to the hairdresser's getting a good awful cut paying and tipping for it and leave nearly crying.

I always figured anyone in Fereldan with a fear of spiders is pretty much stuffed lol.

The ultimate troll - and typical guy thing - would be for him to leave if you say "I love you".

Hairdressers terrify me because 2 months before I started kindergarten my family had gone back to the Philippines for a visit, and one of my aunts decided that I needed a haircut, so she got her neighbour to chop off my waist length hair and he gave me a mushroom cut. So everyone in my class thought I was a boy until it grew out... >.>

I feel like Cullen would be the kind of guy who would laugh at someone who was freaking out over a spider, and then he'd either scoop it up and put it outside (assuming it's a normal sized spider and not a fantasy sized one >.>) or just squish it, and then proceed to continue chuckling at the person freaking out over a spider. :S But I dunno. Failure, maybe?

I have this image in my head of Quizzy having a screaming fit because there is a giant fantasy spider in her chambers and Cullen is all like, "What's the problem? It's just a spider." And then some how manages with his BAMF poweress to lift the thing up and gently place the thing outside.

Then the next day Quizzy finds Cullen with the same giant spider trailing along behind him, "W-w-why is that thing following you, Cullen?" And he just grins and replys, "I think it likes me, hasn't left me alone since yesterday. I've always wanted a pet though so I think I'm going to keep him." Then leans in and whispers, "Oh, by the way, can you please refrain from screaming around him. Shrill sounds tend to make him nervous."

My Quizzy would freak out at every spider. :{

 

My Quizzy will react the same way I do... which is to shriek at the top of my lungs and then grab the nearest heavy object and proceed to smash the spider with it to the point where it just no longer exists... all the while making some pathetic high pitched and incoherent whimpering noises.

 

Except I imagine it'd be much worse, since my Quizzy would have at least two daggers and I don't. :S

Ha, ha. Fear of spiders is very common so I think it would be nice to have a hero who suffers from that phobia. I swear, my sister is the worst. The spider can be really small and just about the size of a pinhead but she screams regardless of its size. If it has more than 4 legs it's the enemy.
