A combination of "woman!", along with vast descriptions of their mammary glands and what they would like to do to them.
Edit: STUPID AUTOCORRECT!
So, droolers.
I've never been able to decide which is funnier, the reaction to my gender or my age in MMORPGs. Being a woman got a full spectrum of negative reactions (and I include the droolers in that). Mostly, they chose to disbelieve my age (moms don't game, much less PVP, right?) Though there were exceptions; I had a PVP partner who took delight in informing people that someone's mom just kicked their a**.

It is so weird to me that Tomb Raider was considered a commercial failure. I mean I get the numbers and everything, but... damn...
It was a good game. :c
I though the Tomb Raider reboot was actually pretty good.
I mean, Lara seemed way too slow on the uptake when it came to figuring out nearly everything we'd figured out over a dozen hours earlier, but she's meant to be new to the supernatural, so you can give her a little slack for maybe being in denial over it.
Although I kind of wish that Rhianna Pratchett had been allowed to make Lara and Sam an actual couple, because honestly, nothing about their relationship in the game made me not think that this was the case anyway?

Well yeah, didn't you get the memo? After you have a kid your entire life ends. You automatically release chemicals in which change your entire personality to only wanting to be in the kitchen, decorating houses, taking care of the family 24/7, and wanting to watch soap operas. Also, when you reach a certain age, another set of chemicals cause you to consistently complain about those darn kids on your lawn and about how to turn on this thing called the Internet.

I'm back from my friend's house (after 6 hours lol) and I'm kinda sad we didn't get anything from the Microsoft press conference. But most of all I'm mad that Rise of the Tomb Raider is Xbox One exclusive. ![]()

I mean, who am I to argue with such wisdom? (By the way, my husband and two grown sons showed me my birthday present a month early last night - because it arrives this week! Guess what it is? It's a GAMING COMPUTER. Specifically, a Vanquish II. That thing is gonna scream. So take THAT, Science!

Wooooo, look at you sticking it to science! Hmmm, I mean, if such ground breaking extensive studies have been proven wrong in this very thread think of the other things people could have gotten wrong over the years--the world could be flat after all! How are we to know?!
Now, where are these sandwhiches you spoke of?....

My husband and I play video games, the two sons play video games and BOTH my parents in their 60's play too, no age limit to having fun!
I think its great none of us have to conform to the "norms"

Exactly! In fact, it should be a scientific phenomenon that I know how to find this forum or that I would even actively be apart of a GAMING forum! Someone call the police because there's some civil disobedience going on here!
