It sounds an awful lot like the hunger demon in the Deep Roads in DA2. Wonder if there's a connection there.

You know... I'm not sure what it is, but if you take away the moustache and give that guy the right hair, I feel he'd look like Casey Hudson. Maybe it's just the eyes. Maybe I'm crazy. Maybe he reminds me of someone else and I'm just mistaking that for Mr. Hudson.

The face looks just like the one that is gracing Sebastian's manhood. I think Glowy Gumby there is the Avatar of Andraste. Not Andraste herself, but a manifestation of her will.
