Only speculation I think, so far, some people saying Dagna, other suggesting Sigrun from DAA. Im not so sure about it being Dagna but with the new engine, who knows.

Oh, I love siriusdraws' Lavellan! She is so cute! ^^ And this new one has to be one of my favorites. And I guess I also really like it because I can often imagine my Inquisitor reacting in a similar fashion. XD

I'll never say no to more important female dwarves in this game. Especially after DA2 featured a whopping total of zero female dwarves. At least with the qunari you have a good reason for keeping the females from us.
