I might be making this up, but I thought the hearts were from being romanced. Like I believe the devs said you would be able to tell when a character started liking your inquisitor.

Might be making that up though lol

I wouldn't put it on my resume unless it would get me a job as something twerking would come in handy for, but i'd assume it'd go under skills.
