I agree.I wonder how time will pass in this game? Like, obviously there are no Acts, but I'd presume it's supposed to take place during the course of at least a year.
We know that for unlocking parts of the main quest we have to reaction a certain level of power with the Inquisition. Maybe when you open up a new part of the main plot there'll be mentions of time passing in some cutscenes or dialogues.

I'd like for it to show gradual changes prevent seasonal changes. Like you step out if the Skyhold to see snow flurries.
Well, weather changes and day/night cycles are based mainly on the environment/quest/scene rather than real-time, so that wouldn't really work.

Yeah, via dialogue seems more likely. For example having a conversation with Varric towards the end and him being like "we've been doing this for a year/two years/whatever now, blah blah blah".

I mean, in DA:O it felt like it had taken them roughly a year to defeat the blight, even though they never really referenced the time passing. I just wonder how that's going to work now? Unless at certain points we'll get a cutscene of whatever in a "4 months later" style, so that time still passes but it's not a giant leap where we have no clue what the Inquisitor has been doing in between.

On another note, with the confirmation of qunari PC having the option of not having horns, what do you guys think their head piece will be?
I admit it's kind of strange for an hornless qunari to not have the option of using an helm.

I guess it depends how big their head is, lol. That's an interesting question though, maybe we should ask?

I'm fine the idea of Inquisition taking atleast 1 year.
Just, no more time jumps like in DA 2 please.
It felt really unnatural to have LI's finally declare their love after 7 years.

Somebody started a thread regarding your team nagging you, "there's too many, make for the keep" type of thing, hubby is laughing, he reckons, I'll be off like a shot if one of them says something like that to me.
Companion - There are too many, we need to get to safety
Me - don't need to tell me twice, every man for themselves *bolts off leaving the rest like

It will be interesting to see how in game time is managed, it worked fairly well in DAO with very little reference to actual time, DA2 a few dialogues gave the clues. There seems to be such a massive gap in actual time to complete the game from minimal/priority mission only pt estimated to take around 40-50hrs and a full completionist pt upto 150hrs, it makes me wonder if they will reference time atall except for the dreaded timed missions.
Yup.

Maybe Qunari are so much taller that nothing can actually reach their heads to do damage? well, unless something fell on them (need to rethink that one hmmm).
Or perhaps they have reinforced skull bones, like internal helmets lol.

Mini rant. I swear people don't listen to a word I say in those videos. I clearly stated that Dwarves can't do magic and that the Dalish do have mages in their clans and yet I still get comments saying "I'm going to be the first mage Dwarf" and things like that.
I mean, I thought I laid it all out pretty clearly and spoke slow enough for people to understand my accent (or lack of) easy enough. :-/

Maybe it was just a mini glitch for them to keep repeating it, or perhaps the player accidentally clicked on them during combat and they done their little bark... kinda like they would in DA2 if you clicked on them.

Well, their reason is that being able to close Fade rifts must be a form of magic... which, it could well be, but I suspect it's more Fade based than that. I suppose it didn't help that Cameron referred to it as an old ancient power or something in one of his interviews.

I'm surprised people haven't been complaining about their Elven Inquisitor having to have a face tattoo.

As a fanfic writer, I desperately hope they include clues like this! It's such a pain in the ass trying to write a compelling story when big details like that are unclear.

I thought it might be something like this, though It'd be funny that qunari can equipped in a similar way of mabariI think the qunari headpieces is just the war paint, whether we have horns or not.
Though in this case, I'm not sure we can put tattoos on them in the CC.

Some did in the elven tattoo thread in the scuttlebutt section.I'm surprised people haven't been complaining about their Elven Inquisitor having to have a face tattoo.
I'm Sorry for those guys. I was planning to put the tattoo regardless.
I'm a bit worried about how many mages' robes will make the arms skinnier though, since elves are already skinnier. Even the male one was too skinny. I hope most robes will be like the rogues and warriors armours, since I'm fine with how the arms looked in those cases.

So long as the size of your arm doesn't change depending on what outfit you put on... *cough*yeah, champion armor, I'm lookin' at you*cough*

Sadly, unless classes have different body size (which They don't), the mage robe in the Inquisitor races update made the mages' arms skinnier then rogues and warriors. I hope it'll get fixed.
