Mine would lose it too. I was amazed that in the Leliana version the Inquisitor talked to the Tevinter mage behind the torture....uh no way....no-one does that to one of my team, I'd storm into the room and kill everyone connected to the torture.

 

Hey make saving Cullen a quest in MP and suddenly the Cullenites will become expert players....

 

Yeah. My Inquisitor, Tempest, is not hot-headed or particularly violent or vengeful, but someone hurting her people would lead to violence and someone hurting Cullen in particular would lead to all the violence.

Damn straight. She's not usually vengeful, but when it comes to people she cares about...Maker help whoever hurt them.

I just realised that I will have very hard time picking my Inquisitor's party members. I just like too many of companions XD It's good that Cullen isn't companion, he'd be permaslotted as my warrior tank and I'd have even harder time making two last picks for my quizzys ^^;

I just realised that I will have very hard time picking my Inquisitor's party members. I just like too many of companions XD It's good that Cullen isn't companion, he'd be permaslotted as my warrior tank and I'd have even harder time making two last picks for my quizzys ^^;

 

I kind of want to switch it up so that by the end of the game it feels like my inquisitor is pals with everyone. But... I do have planned playthrough parties nonetheless:

 

Auren: Blackwall, Solas, and Cole

Kael: Iron Bull, Varric, and Sera

Adele: Cass, Vivienne, and Sera

Aliss: undecided

so do i (:

i have this example party setups written down for both of my quizzies:

 

moirin - want to make her somewhat an offensive mage

bull or cass in tanking position

sera or varric as rogues

dorian or viv as additional mage (depends which one is a healer/support)

 

kata (she's gonna be my tank warrior qunsitor (: )

solas as mage

cole for rogue

and for the last slot, maybe another mage or warrior, really dunno, depends on skillsets

 

but probably i'll end up teaming with everyone in every playthrough, so no one will feel expendable ;u;

Apropos of the bees, I'm convinced more than ever that the BW devs were influenced by BBC's The Musketeers. Not only is the sassy pimp hat and color palette and style of the rogue armors taken straight out of that show, second to last episode featured weaponized bees. A bunch of nuns threw a bee hive at marauders attacking their convent. I almost lost my chicken!

LOL. It's quite funny to picture him at an Orlesian ball - wearing posh clothes and all that. I don't think he would be very comfortable there but it would certainly be very entertaining  .

I just had yet another marathon session on DA2, I'm a glutton for punishment lol snarky mage....again (she has different eyes this time, yay for mixing things up!), was planning on NOT romancing Fenris.....I'm romancing Fenris -le sigh- I wish I was more adventurous lol.

Makes me realise how perfect the DA Keep is going to be for me, it will let me try out some new things for a change. Between DAO & DA2 I have clocked sooo many pt's over the years, ALL of them virtually identical.....I seriously have issues .

Inquisitor Question Time

 

Everyone has flaws or something that haunts them. What is your Inquisitor's biggest flaw? Or what is something that personally haunts them? Such as temper, depression, anxiety, an inability to commit, fear of attachment... things such as that.

I'm way late answering, but I spent the day trapped in endless meetings with no internet...

 

Zhenya's biggest flaw is probably not throttling in her sense of humor when she should (I'm still picturing her and Sera painting graffiti on the sides of the Inquisitions' keeps). I haven't decided what haunts her yet, I'll probably come up with something once I know more details on the Cadash background, but if there isn't something that screams at me, probably something stupid she did to hurt someone that makes her think she lacks the ability to fall in love (rather than just have a bit of fun). Falling in love with IB will scare the you-know-what out of her.

 

The Trevelyan mage lacks confidence, not in herself, but in whether people will really follow her, and she's also not very good at admitting she's reached her limits. I'm making assumptions about the mage backstory, but being sent to the circle as a very young child and finding people (Templar relatives) who'd been beloved relatives treating her badly would definitely haunt someone, and probably cause some depression. Finding herself attracted to Cullen will probably have some interesting moments too, lol.

Hmm, favorite parties for Inquisitors...

 

Zhenya's a warrior, so *probably* Solas and either Cole or Varrick would be two of her usual three, with IB, Blackwall, or Dorian as the third.

 

Trevelyan mage, probably Cassandra, Sera and Solas or Dorian

 

This is completely subject to change, however, since what sounds good right now may work out poorly in game. There's obviously the potential for sparks between some of them, but I enjoy snarky banter.
