Hey guys what should I save...Vigil's Keep or Amerathine? I think that choice will definitely play in DAI...and will be in the keep...so...if anyone who is in the Keep and knows which would be the best to save...I would appreciate it, lol!
I went with Amaranthine in my Human Mage Warden playthrough. But I also fortified Vigil's Keep, so...not sure what effects it may bring.

Save Vigil's Keep. All your companions will survive, and having a headquarters around to rebuild the city is more important.
To me, the city is already lost. People will be infected with the taint, and it's better to burn it all down before it gets worse.
I fortified the Keep as well but it glitched out and would not take away Dworkin's Lyrium sand quest, the same with Wade's, and the Wraith quest. So when I went to Amaranthine and finished that they said the Keep had fallen 
I really hope that the Keep gives you the option to save both.

I left Anders and Justice behind since they live regardless *DA2* but I also left our favorite drunken dwarf so when the Keep fell, I reloaded and saved the Keep.I completed Awakening a few times now but it always seems to glitch out at that last part, so I guess I will see what my actions will bring in DA!.

PS3, DAO never really had any issues but the A. DLC did. Dragon Age II was perfect for me the same for the DLC, so I don't know what's up with that random glitch.
For my canon, I save the Keep. I think it makes sense for my character, but more importantly, since my Caelwen was an elf, and saving the Keep apparently increases hostility to elves according to the epilogue slides, I think it'll be interesting considering my Elidri will also be an elf should we visit that part of Ferelden again.
I swear the elves can never get a break, I hope we can help them out in DAI and if I go by what the rumors then it seems like we may be able to.

The character I am finishing off right now, Elissa is the kind of person who tries to think of the long run while saving as many lives as she could. So when it glitched out I decided that the Keep was the greater good in that situation and would suit her character.

I saved Amaranthine and fortified Vigil Keep to minimize losses.
I doubt we'll know which choices are best till the actual game. As I understand it, the Keep is more to keep track of your past choices, not to show you the results of them in the future. That'll be part of the surprise in DAI.
I plan to save the Keep with my next Warden, Serena Brosco. Initially, she thinks on who is the one in the right (which is why she sides with the werewolves completely), but she does try to think in the long run by the time she reaches Redcliffe, which is why she decides to save it. Same with siding with Bhelen and saving the mages.
