I have this feeling that Cullen is going to be one of those surprise breakout stars of Dragon Age, due to his part in Inquisition. I can't really explain it. It's like he's right up there with Alistair and Flemeth.

A shame he is a NPC but Bioware has really fleshed every one out, so I think that is highly possible.

Am I the only one who isn't that interested in the beta? I mean, the keep is basically just a save game builder, right? A pretty save builder, mind you, but still. And it's going to open up to everyone soon enough anyway, right? >_>
No, you're not the only one. I've done enough alpha and beta testing for games (and mods) to last me a lifetime, thanks. It's work. I'm glad that there are Cullenites in the beta though, because I trust them to actually tinker around and test stuff, resulting in a better product.

I think it's either in front of him in this picture, or behind what may be the Inquisitor's tower.
