Sadly I don't have a twitter account, so I simply sent a PM to David, Allan, and Mike. Best I can do on my end.

Ohhhhh, that's fair enough. I'm sure they've been dealing with a massive wave of unnecessary hate with the final reveal of the romance info (wasn't the Skyhold reveal very timely?)
I'll shoot them some love. ![]()
I think reserved is the perfect word for Cullen. He shouldn't be overly shy at this point in life but he'd certainly have his reservations about engaging in a romance with the inquisitor, I'm sure.

Not really they are just favoriting and replying to some Tweets, it's just a way for some of us to show appreciate after people attacking them.
I don't use twitter- (I loathe social media, for the most part. I always feel sort of forced into it by necessity of keeping in touch with people), but I think it's a great idea for you guys to pass on as much love to the devs as possible. Extra appreciation for those you care about -or those that make things you care about- will never go in a bad direction. ![]()

Don't worry I posted on Twitter that BSN is sending their thanks! I'm just really glad they aren't like...put down by all that crap from last night. Now, let's see here...which DA book should I reread...I really need a bigger bookshelf too so this may result in a little...mayhem.

I just speak to my friends or the people I follow so I get out of most of that...reply here or massive drama explosion. Although BSN...is technically a social media...well somewhat I suppose.

Good, very good. You should probably read Asunder and The Masked Empire quite soon so you can have some background knowledge into DAI, unless you don't want that sort of thing.

Yes, you have to get them all! The Calling ties in nicely to Awakenings and Asunder and the Masked Empire give some background for the new game. A new book is coming out on the 16th as well. If you liked the Stolen Throne you should enjoy the others. They expand on the lore and I thought they were well written. Plus Cole is in Asunder so you will get some good background for his character.

I have definitely been thinking of getting those two, especially due to DAI.

I don't actually think that negative fan reaction bothers them as much as we think it does (or we think it should). I think maybe it's because we're here (and very close to the negativity) that we assume it's as overwhelming to them as it is to us- but in reality I wonder if it's not much easier to ignore the hate and focus on all the obvious love. Or maybe that for the most part they are too busy to really dwell on it. Of course the vitrol gets pretty intense sometimes, doesn't it. Would make it hard to completely ignore.

I liked The Stole Throne alot, but I did feel the ending was rushed. I think that is why I didn't get the others, but I will give them another chance.

I think that is the same with me on Stolen Throne. It had great potential, but then the ending...I don't know, I think that harmed it. I may read it again to get a better understanding, and then read Calling.

Awww, I actually really enjoyed it, but I actually did not read itproperly--I read the beginning the end and then the middle---I get impatient when I read books sometimes and have to see how it ends--it drives my fiancee nuts ![]()

I love to read, but I seem to have a problem with reading the ending before I get to it...

Yes, I do it all the time. The suspense gets to me and I have to see what happens. ![]()
I'm going to be getting the new book Last Flight when it comes and out and I will try to read it properly in order, but can't make any promises..

I'm glad we have another book coming out before DAI, to help with the wait. I'm hoping it ties in to the game like Asunder did.
2 and half more months and then we will all be happily playing. I hope we get to see the followers/advisers hanging out in the in tavern. I'd love to see Varric and Cullen play cards ![]()

OOH, that would be awesome! I've been thinking of the others interacting with different activities. Especially with Varric and Cullen since they knew each other in DA2.

Yes, who knows--maybe Cullen dared to visit the Hanged Man and Varric and he have a years long ongoing game ![]()
It'll be interesting to see how the characters get along with one another. I am not sure how Cullen will react to Cole.
I think Cullen will get along well with those who are honest and have good intentions.
I wonder how Cullen will get along with Dorian, Vivian, and Solas?
Vivian supports the Circle, but is power hungry and Dorian comes from Tevinter and seems to avoid it, and then there is Solas who has been an apostate his whole life---would be interesting if they have interactions in Skyhold at all. Or maybe Cullen doesn't really interact with them and leaves it to you.
I also wonder if anyone of the companions will "gossip". I remember in DAO when Alistair asks your opinion of all the companions, I wouldn't mind seeing something like that in DAI. Or how Varric comments on your romance in DA2--I'd like to see if your Inquisitor gets along well with Varric if he has anything to say about your romances/leaderships/companions etc/
Edit for Top of the Page Cullen
