I got an orange tabby from my parents as a college graduation gift a few years ago, and named him Ser Pounce-a-lot    He's nowhere near as badass as the fictional kitty--he is in fact a massive coward--but I love him all the same.

Awwwwwwwww!!!! That's awesome . One of my cats, Oreo (I bet you can't guess his coat color...) is a huge coward as well. He not only runs under the bed (or anything he can get under that's nearby) when scared, but also pees himself. Which makes packing him up for the vet a wonderful experience, but I love him, and his psychological issues, nonetheless. 

 

My other cat, Bella (no name relation to Bella Swan, I swear I get that all the time), is proverbial sweet heart who loves the vet and has even made friends with the family dog. They were best buds, but now Oreo is super possessive of me so he tends to not want her around. Anyway, I could go on about them for a while so I'll be quiet now

I can totally see Cullen as a cat person! It would be so cute to find a little kitty and bring it back to Skyhold! I can just picture it roaming around getting into trouble or sleeping on our Inquisitor's bed or playing with Cullen's pauldrons!!! 

 

And I have a cat named Oreo who's a coward as well! He tries to act all tough, but he's really a baby. It doesn't help his case that he looks like a baby as well

I just found out that the guy who plays the handsome officer with Norrington in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies is Cullen's VA.    Thanks to Galagraphia.

Oh that would be amazing! I'd love to bring a kitten to Skyhold and then return from adventuring to find out all the mischief it'd gotten up too! 

 

Awww, that's so cute! My Oreo is a large round tub of a cat who adores his food dish (he howls at his dinner time...I repeat howls not meows. I'm surprised he hasn't broken glass). He's my baby, but he definitely doesn't look like one

It was confirmed there was no pet companion, like Dog; I don't think it was confirmed we can't have a Skyhold pet. I want one. Even fish will do, Mass Effect has taught me. Something exotic for Josephine to feed. Cullen might like the colours.

Ah yes, the Mass Effect fish. Well, as long as someone else is feeding them they should fair better at Skyhold...probably. Poor Mass Effect fish...

In truth, I'm actually bad with in game pets all around, like Skyrim horses for example....that was a true disaster. I'm surprise I didn't get hauled in for accidental horse mass murder in the game. I never could seem to keep them alive

Oh gosh, I hope that if there are Skyhold pets that we don't need to remember to feed them ala Mass Effect fish. :S Can you imagine? Since the game goes off of real time in some cases.

Amen! I have two young cats, both I rescued when only few weeks old, stalking me for food atm

I actually find guys/people who dislike *animals* in general unattractive and I find it hard to understand... but I'm an animal lover (esp cats) so I suppose I wouldn't understand.

 

I think Cullen would probably love animals and the companionship they provide. They wouldn't be demanding and just provide him with a the quiet companionship I think he would enjoy (also not judgement etc)

Mainly because as a cat person he'd seem even more Anders like...they changed his hair to blonde, his eye colour and the goatee has become stubble...the new look is good, but I miss my red headed noodle. Don't hate me...
