Are we positive that Mother Dorothea is not the same person? 100% positive?

 

I just looked on the wiki....the pictures a VERY similar.

I am pretty sure they're not the same person. Mother Dorothea has an Orlesian accent and the mother in the Lothering chantry has a Fereldan accent.

btw, is Cullen a virgin/ever been in a relationship? I mean all templars are supposed to be celibate? Alistair was one and Cullen seem so awkarded around u if u were a female mage.

 

it would be funny to see how the female inqusitor is going to pursue him.

 

I can't speak for anyone but me, and I find Cullen endlessly INTERESTING, rather.  He's a character who's survived tremendous challenge and difficulty, torture over many days, torment that fundamentally changed his perspective forever but never ruined or broke him.  He rose above all of it, enough that he questioned the deterioration of his own superior and chose to stand alongside a mage Hawke against her.

 

And, yes.  He's also attractive.  There is no restriction on Templars that requires their celibacy, mind you.  Alistair says his own virginity is the result of being sheltered.  He's only young enough and has not had so many reasonable opportunities to change his sexual history.  I don't believe the same can be said of Cullen -- he's older than Alistair was and has more experience moving about Fereldon and the Free Marches.  He seems far LESS awkward when dealing with my Hawke, than he was during Origins.  He makes strong, protracted stances, speaks with boldness and assuredness. 

 

It will most definitely be fascinating to see how my female elf inquisitor is going to interact with him.

I used to be way more into the ME lore than DA.  But IMO the ME lore is really filtered through Shepard's perspective.  If it's not relevant to Shepard's story in some way, it just doesn't get brought up or only is touched on tangentially, and you really have to dig for details.  DA is so much more about the world than it is about your PC, so even if the Battle of the Squealing Plains has nothing to do with anything in the games, it's still there.  It makes the world feel so much more lived-in.

I love this so much because you put so many details in it. Not only the characters are great but also the walls and the window  . I know this sounds strange because it's not the first thing that catches your eye but still... I just love the details!

I think it was cut content or something like that, and they used a mod for this video.

That is indeed cut content, restored via mod. It actually becomes impossible to complete the game if you use that mod and fail the Persuade check.
