I think it was cut content or something like that, and they used a mod for this video.

My goodness... be still my heart ![]()
I'm writing something... and figured it was relevant to post it here, because of... well, reasons.
It's here and I'd really appreciated it if someone told me their opinion. My brother says he loves it and is willing to read more and such but I think he's biased... pretty please? I'm begging you!!
I liked it! I would love to see how it plays out! Cullen at a Ball...*sighs*
Runs into Cullenite Castle....slams the door and bolts it....Oh Maker!
Context: I love to write prompt fic...anything from fluff to M, I'm an equal opportunity writer. Went to one of my favourite prompt sites only to find lots of anti-Cullen requests. Comes to forums feeling down to find interesting threads already devolving into the Mage/Templar hatred debate....screams 'Andraste No!' and runs for the sanity thread....
PS. Shesh some people need to learn how to write M fiction....luckily as far as I know no-one on this thread writes bad fic.
PPS. Cullen decided to teach my warrior inquisitor how to dance...for Viviennes ball...the man really can dance the Antivan gypsy tango!
PPPS. Varric asked if he was talking about dancing or 'dancing'.
Well, she shouldn't have been ridiculously condescending and a bloomin' bureaucrat.
Revered Mother: You know that the Grey Wardens have been declared traitors by Teyrn Loghain...
Honest Warden: The same Grey Wardens who have been kindly and selflessly fixing every single problem in your ratty little village?
Revered Mother: ... and despite me not being entirely sure that his charge against you is true, I don't believe Loghain would betray the King...
Honest Warden: The same Loghain who marched his surprisingly unharmed half of the army through here, took the Bann's men who were meant to protect you and left you all to die when the Darkspawn show up? Yeah, it's totally out of character...
Revered Mother: ... so I'm afraid I can't be seen to help you, I'm sorry!
Honest Warden: Lothering is about to be destroyed by the Darkspawn horde marching up the road! Who is going to know or even care?!
Definitely that conversation. Not to mention asking a CE for money without being able to say anything.. Really? After the priest stood aside while a wedding party was kidnapped? And I should contribute why?
The priest in Lothering is probably my least favorite representative of the chantry in DAO.

Can I have some more, please? <flashes adorable look through wide child-like eyes>

Wow, I don't remember the priest in Lothering doing any of that, though it's been over 2 years since I did a CE playthrough in DA:O.
Come to think of it, I don't really remember any of the Chantry characters in DA:O...they all sort of run together in my head. Except for the historian lady in Denerim, she was adorkable.

Actually, the chantry priest at the wedding did say something, but there really wasn't anything she could do against the arl's son.

Light 'em up! #DAI

I would find it interesting if we could form a bond with Cullen similar to that of Loghain and Cailan. The Inquisitor gives the word and Cullen leads the charge. I've wanted to like Cullen since DA2 but we never really got to know his character but with DAI, we'll probably will get to know Cullen on a personal level and I am looking forward to that aspect of Cullen.

So long as he doesn't screw us over on the battlefield, lol.

I meant to write Maric, not Cailan. Who would want a Loghain-Cailan bond, I ask myself that now.

I doubt he would, whether or not he's our LI. I feel like he's seen enough betrayal and bad people to willingly add himself to the list. ![]()

Yeah, his writer describes him as loyal. I trust him.

Cailan was a dummy, I wouldn't want to be his friend either. XD
@LolaLei. Nope I don't think he'll screw us over on the battlefield, he might leave before if you act like a complete #assquisitor.
I'd worry more about Vivienne and Cole...neither of whom I'd trust within a barge pole distance...that's just me though. I wish I'd never read Asunder now...
@ Those talking about Lothering Mother Dorothea, I've never had anything but support from her, so somewhat puzzled by the responses....but I do recruit Leliana first.

My Rogue just picked the lock, and left the Reverend Mother to her own devices!
I suffer from the hideous disability of not being able to play characters that are not lawful good....yes, that does give away my age, and yes I did play D&D...cough the tabletop version cough...maybe a little tipsy with college friends way back in the day...
Ok as you know, when I'm on this computer I can't cut and paste so:

'Not enough cloth.' Alright everyone, strip naked, the Inquisitor needs a new robe!
My imagination is running wild mwahahha!

I think we were commenting on things we SHOULD have been able to say. Sifr was commenting on how an honest warden should have been able to respond to what she said. The revered mother in Lothering has never offered to help in any way when I identify myself as a warden. My comment was based on the CE origin story in which the female members of a wedding party are abducted, and the priest only vaguely protests that he's interrupting her ceremony and doesn't try to defend the women (and keep in mind the wedding was in the Alienage because elves weren't allowed to get married inside a chantry building). Then the first thing the revered mother in Lothering does is try to get money out of you. I've always wanted to ask just what she thought the Chantry did for city elves and bring up that incident.
Russian girls celebrated Blakcwall LI with vodka. And what happened later with Cullen. Please don't take it too seriously, it is only a joke.
Hilariously, Steve Blum also done the voice of First Enchanter Irving LOL!

Dayum, that last one though! He looks GOOD in a uniform.

Yeah, I found that pretty funny when I found out, but when I listened closely, I could hear it.
