I really don't think it's Hawke and/or Merrill. I just think it's two mages. The 'Hawke' figure seems to wearing the Fugitive's Mantle.
It's possible that they used it for for npcs or something, regardless of it's meaning. Unless that's Carver or Bethany wearing it to visit for whatever reason... but even that's a bit far fetched.

We have seen a few DA2 pieces so far. Was it Iron Bull who wielded a greatsword that people didn't seem to like for some reason?
And Dorian had Orsino's 3 headed dragon staff equipped at one point. In my framed picture Vivienne has that nudey lady staff equipped too!

Yeah. I personally like the returning designs for the weapons and armour. Why not bring back popular designs? I always loved the Fugitive's Mantle and the nudey lady staff and the three pronged sex toy staff.

Texmod was the preferred mod tool for ME2 and 3 until the last patch. It applies mods from outside of the program. You run texmod and then launch the game related to it. It then interrupts the code to show the mod instead of the original...it does create some lag which is not appreciable in SP but in any MP environment can cause problems.
I think that if we can mod Frostbite 3 at all it will be through programs like this which interrupt code rather than rewrites game code. We'll have to wait and see what NexusMods bring us when DAI comes out. I personally want to give Solas hair...after seeing photos of Dobby/Nosferatu/Yoda...the bald look makes me wince.

I don't think I would add a lot of hair to him because I'm kind of used to it now, but I would give him a shaved head.
I'm pretty sure Texmod only works for DX9, so if a game requires DX11 or if you want to use DX11, I don't think using Texmod will be possible. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.

Inquisition sounds like my dream game.Thankfully I'll be done with the majority of my uni assignments by the time it releases.
My favorite was the qunari greatsword. It was the only one I can stand to give to Fenris, although most of the time I modded him so he duel-wielded

I loved these two as well.Especially the nude lady staff,so artistic!The sex toy staff( I assume you mean Orsino's xD)was cool as well,if not a bit cliche.

No clipping was ever worse than my first experience playing DA2; I played a male warrior and romanced tiny Fenris, whose tiny tiny head practically gets swallowed by Hawke's massive shoulder armor in every. single. kiss scene.

I don't understand it 100% either, but here's some info on DirectX. From what I've read on Wikipedia, Frostbite 3 supports DX10 and DX11, but not DX9. Since Texmod only supports DX9, this is a problem. If DA:I doesn't support DX9, which it seems like it probably won't due to Frostbite 3 apparently not supporting it, then we can't use Texmod until someone decides to update it and make it DX10/11 compatible.
Texmod is just a texture replacement tool, so it can only do so much anyway, but still.
If it's not them oh well, we still know hawke is in-game.

Hate to be a downer here, considering that I haven't posted here in awhile ( been lurking though

But, am I the only one that feels weird about them using armour and weapon textures from dlc that you had to pay for?

I think it'd be easier just to put Hawke in the Iconic armor, since we won't be playing as Hawke and the Warden

I see I did some googling and it looks like it just does surface changes, like eye color and skin texture. Wouldn't really do me much good I'm starting to think getting a PC might not be such a good idea. It costs so much more than a console. But the thing is, my friend bought me The Sims 4, and I can't play it on my laptop, so I do eventually need to buy a PC. Hmm.
