Oh wait, Josephine's hair does change! Ok, so when they approach the table her hair is up high in a bun and Cullen has those flappy Templar tabards on, but as they leave the table later in the video Cullen's flappy Templar tabards have disappeared and Josephine is instead sporting a low bun. 

 

... Perhaps their appearances change slightly depending on certain choices or whatever? Intriguing.

As for the major characters that I 'hate' and seriously dislike.. Sigrun is amongst them. As well as Merrill, Fenris, Sebastian, Leliana to some point, Aveline, DA2 Anders and Isolde. Xd

I remember this happening with Leliana and i was completely confused as to how id managed to give her that idea. Utterly baffled, i just thought i was being friendly.

I did that with Alistair. And then when I was trying to romance him, I somehow started a romance with Leliana. And she was like "You can't lead us on like this. You must choose" I had to read the guide to figure out where I went wrong and not accidentally romance her again. Lol!

I'm more inclined to believe it's newer footage and older footage mixed together. Couldn't tell you which is which though.

I thought maybe the second bit where they're leaving the war table may have actually been from a later point in the game, but then again Cameron did file a bug where Dorian's clothes kept changing in every scene, so maybe that's what's going on here?

Liz' Underworld tweets alk reminded me of a Canadian actor who I thought wouldn't be a bad live-action Cullen. Kris Holden-Ried plays the super werewolf in Underworld: Awakening and is in a crapload of other Canadian series, most notably Lost Girl.

I still think this is just a different graphic style to the rest of the game. It's looking a lot lighter on graphics. You know kinda like the blurred faces on me3. I don't think we'd see this style outside the wartable.

Hard to tell because YouTube dramatically reduces the quality of the video. I suspect the lightness is just the light flooding in through the window, which would create a kinda dusty effect like in real life.

This was the first thing I noticed, omg those shadows. Considering I had to install like three different mods on Skyrim to get something that vaguely kinda maybe looks like shadows coming through the windows, this light effect just casually being there in vanilla DA is making me squee with delight.

Again, hard to tell because it's not the clearest shot even up close... I kinda prefer how he looks at the war table tbh. Still, whatever he looks like he's still Cullen, the minute he opens his mouth and GE's voice comes out he'll feel right no matter what his latest version looks like.
