I have an off-topic question for our lovely veteran Keepers:

 

How do I access the closed beta forum?  I've tried clicking on the link under "Beta Feedback" in the Keep, and it redirects me to a protected forum called the Lobby where I can't post.  It's the only subforum I see under Closed Beta Discussion.

 

Did you try logging out and back in to the forums? Sometimes a simple refresh doesn't cut it.

I did a "just for fun" ruthless playthrough recently in anticipation/preparation for the Keep and it has turned into one of my favorites.

 

And all of Patrick's AssQuisitor twitter posts have made me want to do something similar for a new DAII playthrough.

Are you directly inside the Keep yet? If not then you won't be able to get into the protected forum until you are.

Possibly.
Actually, i couldn't enter in the forum even after I had access to the beta, so Eluvianus suggested to me to login/logout in the keep and then login/logout in the forum, and it worked, though I'm not sure you can logout before you have full access to the keep.

Liz' Underworld tweets alk reminded me of a Canadian actor who I thought wouldn't be a bad live-action Cullen. Kris Holden-Ried plays the super werewolf in Underworld: Awakening and is in a crapload of other Canadian series, most notably Lost Girl.

I was wondering about that myself. Weird thing is I find the actor mehhh in Underworld but really like him as Dyson in Lost Girl. I wonder if Liz was giving us a hint on the romance arc? Because Bo and Dyson was a classic....damn, now I'm going to rewatch the entire series whilst waiting for DAI.

So, I just finished 'The last flight' and yeah

I definitely preferred 'The Masked Empire'. I don't know, I had this problem of epically failing to give a toss about any of the characters involved - weird huh. I'm pleased to have a little more lore to enjoy and I think the implications of the ending are promising for the DA games but I found it very hard to wade through. I'm a people person, I need to feel some sort of connection to the characters to really get into a novel. I hope Patrick Weekes writes the next one again (I also hope it stars Cullen and comes with complementary cake )because I found his characters more relatable and interesting.

Still it's all Dragon Age, so it's not like I regret buying it or anything
