Well, they've released the box art, so they're probably building hype for announcing a release date for the game.

NPC!Cullen probably wouldn't leave, but his interactions with a blood mage would probably be neutral at best, hostile at worst.

 

Companion!Cullen would definitely break up with a Blood Mage Inquisitor, probably leave the party, and might even attack. So, hey! Drama! But I will not be deterred from my full-line of Blood Mage main characters!

 

/IMO and all that jazz.

 

I kinda hope Inquisitor being blood mage isn't complete deal breaker to him. Like I hope there would be way to convice him to stay but I still hope his reaction would be big and it'd affect his and Inquisitors relationship much. I think it'd make intresting playthrough that'd want to try out ^^ But otherwise it makes sense that he'd leave and especially that he wouldn't romance blood mage.

It's okay; I'm with you lol But can't dispute what others are seeing, if that's what they truly say they're seeing. 

 

Yeah, when I look at the bigger version of the cover and study it, I 100% agree there could be a man or a woman under the armor, definitely. But the overall first impression was, "Oh, another male video game player character."

 

I'm not dissing BW in any way though b/c 1. The cover is creepy and very awesome, and 2. I think there was genuine effort to be gender neutral, and also the creative people (aka my heroes) aren't responsible for what marketing does anyway.

True. Less than 2 actually. Damn, the time is starting to speed up. E3 will be here very very soon. And at that point, I think we will have a BSN implosion from all that information.

I'm looking at it zoomed waaaay in, and I think what's making Inq look a little more mannish is the massive shoulder armor. Creates a more male silhouette. But otherwise pretty gender neutral.

There is a part of me that is appalled that I am squinting at my computer screen, trying to figure out who is standing beside Vivienne on that cliff.

 

The other part of me is saying, "It's kinda small for the Iron Bull, unless he's standing behind Vivienne a little bit."

Neither figure appears to be Cass or Varric which is... surprising lol

It's definitely Viv. The other one does look like Solas. Or Cullen

It's not IB, the Warden, Cass or Varric, though, and it looks too masculine to be Sera.

Solas is looking at us, holding a torch, and Viv is looking away, so we're seeing her back. :3
