It won't be worth it to update my gaming laptop so I will need a new one. I know that most people prefere desktop PCs but I was really quite happy with my laptop. However, laptops that are powerful enough for hardcore gaming still cost a fortune. I think I'll swallow the bitter pill and cancel my building loan contract. I'm going to move in November anyway and I need a new wardrobe too. So, while I'm at it I might as well buy a new laptop. 

 

Before I forget it: Another user posted this helpful link a while ago. This might interesting for PC gamers. It's called Can You Run It and it helps you to get an idea if your system is powerfull enough.

I still haven't ordered it either. I'm still waiting for the PC  HW requirements. If I cannot play it, I'll have to wait much, much longer. I've been told that my computer has already been upgraded as much as possible and another upgrade would need a completely new motherboard, which could mean I'd have to buy everything else and in that case it's better to buy a new computer. Alas, I don't have the money for that now, so DAI would have to wait

 

Yes, this worries me a bit, though the only thing that *should* be in question on mine is the graphics card. My (custom) desktop was mostly rebuilt almost two years ago when a thunderstorm moved in unexpectedly. First sign of the storm was the crashing boom right on top of me, power surge, surge protector failed, and I end up with a new motherboard, hard drive, and power source, sigh.

I've preordered it. I got a new laptop just recently that I think should be able to handle DA:I, but if it doesn't I'll have to cancel the preorder and get the game for xbox360 instead. Really prefer to play on the PC though. I also don't want to have to wait for a physical copy to be delivered, especially since I'd get it at the later release date then.

I`ve already preordered it. I bought a laptop for hardcore gaming last year so i think it will run DAI  . I have the day-off from work on friday 21th and all the weekend so i`m planning those 3 days just for playing this game (already warned my family and friends  that I will not be available during this time  ).

Just upgraded mine... *gulp* I hope it all works. I also ordered the fancy version which I guess is a physical copy... meaning I'll probably be playing after y'all! 

 

I'll be checking my mailbox every hour on the hour lol. I have faith in you Amazon Prime!

I preordered off Origin and I checked last night and it says Playable at 10p Nov 17, which is YAY! because I thought for sure that it was 2am on the 18th.  It's like 4 extra hours of playtime.

Well I'm awake and I'm ready for the celebration!  ...But I have to go for a dog training session in a little bit and will be back in a couple of hours. 

 

I still haven't bought my copy of DAI yet!  Gotta get some financial stuff taken care of first. Yay. Regardless, it WILL be my birthday present! 

 

Oh, YES! Can we get it going before I have to get going? That would be fabulous!
