I completely agree that Josephine has been terribly neglected. Truly, I'd like to see her walk and talk as well.
Yeah, her and Blackwall are still so unknown in terms of details.

Lots of interaction with Allegra Clark
Many of the VAs have been incredible, haven't they? In that, we've all been lucky, I think.
That is true.
I should have been more specific and said "What do we Scribblers have from the marketing team?"
Ohh, well, the answer to that would be "fcuk all"
I know it's frustrating, but hey, soon the game will be out and the marketing team can bite it! Cause you'll be able to spend all the time in the world with her ![]()

It is... insane that they haven't revealed Blackwall's VA. Not that I have a horse in that race anymore, but still. I had assumed they were holding back on VA information for fear that actors might give away romance stuff (looking at you, Greg Ellis!). But... guess not?

Good point. I'm struggling to come up with any sensible reason why they're holding back on that info.

Maybe they forgot?
I can't get my head around why Blackwalls VA hasn't been announced, it just seems so strange, although there have been quite a few strange marketing decisions throughout the build up to DAI. Part of me believes that means a huge named actor, who perhaps is still under contract elsewheres so can't dedicate any time to PR and the likes. I am hopeless with voice recognition though so I couldn't even begin to guess who it could be.
Maybe they forgot?
Good Lord. I hope not! ![]()
I think Cory is more likely. Maybe he's controlling those wardens who we have to attack and maybe our wardens are with them as well.
That's one of the possibilities, ending obviously with the Warden being killed.
This game is not about the Warden, and we've been warned to keep our expectations about their involvement minimal to none from day one, in any case, so whatever Mike meant by that, it's wise to not let your whole interest in DAI hinge on the role the Warden may or may not play into it.
I don't think any of us are saying that at all. But it is an RPG, and people tend to be attached to their characters. My interest in DAI has always accepted that they have no intention of any serious inclusion of prior PCs (and I have no problem with that, as much as I would like to have continued RPing those characters). But yes, I'm going to be disturbed if they take complete control of our Warden characters, especially if it feels like just a dramatic way to wind up the DAO story permanently. It destroys any sense of RPing for me when your story teller essentially plays your PC himself in order to say "game over." It'll make me reluctant to really get attached to Inquisitors in case they get taken out of my hands and offed in a similar way in the next game or two.
Yes, Blackwall's VA, and ANY actual footage of Josephine moving and speaking. It's pretty weird that they've held those things back.

Warden? Mark - we aren't bringing back Warden in DAI... sort of pic.twitter.com/0VJkZ4JvBe
What if the Warden is the Elder One? *shivers*
I don't know. Maybe so. I get the sense that perhaps the Elder One's rise is just one part of a much bigger problem, a herald for something more.
Apocalypse semi-confirmed for DA5 villain
At least you Cullenites have Cullen as a big part of a trailer. What do we Scribblers have?
We who are both Cullenites and Scribblers at once at least get lots of interaction with the VAs, true. But aaaah what I wouldn't give for a beautiful action poster of both my advisor beauties. /dreamy sigh

If we could get a poster of Josie in her bedroom in Antiva looking at the sea... I would reach enlightenment.

I assure you it'll be the sexiest walk in all of video games!!!!!
Not as sexy as Cassandra of course.

Perhaps. I must say that I kinda' like how Cullen moves, though. ![]()

Tough call between those two ladies. They are almost perfect opposites:
Cassandra: Bold, direct, no nonsense, great fighter.
Josephine: Demure, diplomatic, good at directing a conversation and a non combatant.
If not for the fact that Cass doesn't like girls, the choice would have been very very difficult. (ok, Cass would have won hands down because she's so awesome. And older... cougars.. rawr!)
I'm pretty confident the Warden won't just be "they went to their calling and died lol" because that feels like a cheap cop out. I still think they'll be mentioned but not seen, busy doing grey warden junk somewhere else
Honestly, I am 100% convinced that we will see nothing but the monument/tombstone of the Warden. Which basically tells players that it isn't worth playing DA:O because nothing about that character's personality means anything, as their choices can be easily created by the Keep.
EA/BioWare has always had a bad case of "out with the old, in with the new".

You can't see DA:O as "worth-playing?"
I meant that EA is telling new players "why bother". I'm playing through right now simply because I like continuity and I think it is a very well done game.

EA doesn't decide the plot, Bioware does
