I will have two female quizzys so other will have Sumalee and other Alix. Not sure yet who will get who but I will probaply like both.

I wish I could have heard Sumalee better, but the strength behind it stood out the most - not that I don't love Alix, of course. Still not sure who I will choose for Anais though; I will just have to hear the voices again, or wait until I have the game in my hands. XD

I'm sorry the hairstyles aren't what you guys had hoped I have always, always played with hair mods installed as the vanilla ones just never did it for me.

 

More and more, it's looking like I will be waiting to play this game, waiting for mods, that is. The bad thing is I keep hearing different sides of the same story; one person says the most I can hope for is different colored armor; another person says that surely hair and facial hair and freckles and the like will be moddable. So I just don't know.

 

I will probably play through once, just so I won't be spoiled later, then wait for mods to come out. Which is really sad, but that's how it is. CC and romance are the biggest things for me in an RPG, and that's where I've been most disappointed.

I was at work and listening on my laptop with the volume at full blast... and could only hear Mike Laidlaw talking lol I'll have to re-listen with earphones. He said the British voice was for male elves and humans while the American voice was for dwarves and qunari; that was disappointing b/c I planned to use a different voice for my two elves.

That doesn't mean you'll be limited in anyway. I'm probably gonna use the American voice for my males regardless of race and use Sumalee for my females, regardless of race. I think that just in terms of defaults, Humans and Elves will use British, American for the Dwarves and Qunari.

I just went back and listened, and those are the default settings by race. You can change them.

Eluvianus is right. If you don't change the voice elves and humans have the british VA, dwarves and qunari the American VA.

Sumalee is basically using her Arcee voice from Transformers Prime.

Yeah, that's gonna be interesting. I am very curious about his delivery of lines.

I'm really quite happy with the hair options for my qunari PCs, for what it's worth it. It wasn't all disappointment for everyone.

 

Cullen's iconic noodle hair would be nice to have back, it was one of the best-looking hair for males. (and the only short one that didn't make my male Hawke look like an Alistair fanboy )
