Probably not, because he's biracial, so it's easier to use the skin tone (and hair/eye color) of the parent who is a constant. Half-elves look human, so that isn't an issue, but half-dwarves are supposed to be noticably different...

Being a mage  you always to wear a dress. Dresses are for girls! Men wear pants! You get me??? PANTS!!!

 

Good thing the dress is not present for DAI! Everytime I see a male mage, wearing a dress I just lose my cool and I just go medieval on him. When I saw Jowan wearing that mage dress, boy you do not want to know what I did to him.....

I really am curious how they're gonna deal with that. An Old God in any form is a pretty big deal in the world, so hopefully whatever they end up doing with it at least reflects the severity of what we chose to do.

Mmm, this choice was included in the public video on the Keep, before even the Keepers saw it, so I think it's fair game. And has already been discussed extensively. 
 
For the mini version of my two cents, I think this is added only for reactivity in DA:I when asked about Hawke. The "less a friend of the templars" is just because your playthrough is pro-templar. In other convos, Hawke calls him an old friend (in promage and protemplar playthroughs). I don't think these key off anything.

I see what you mean, although I didn't see this as a Keep mechanics discussion. Knowing it's a choice begs the question of how one would possibly know the answer to this choice from your playthroughs (I think the answer is:  you *don't* know). Nevertheless, it's a good reminder when every second or third person is already in the beta.

I think I'm going to go for not friends, even if I think they were. My canon Hawke was kind of a cow, (using the nice c there), and I really don't think Elidri will get along with her if they meet, (especially if the Qunari happen to come up), so I don't want Cullen being angry with me if I'm mean to her.
