They confirmed companions' specs are the same of the PC.
So, Bull is Reaver, Cass/Wally Templar/Champion, Vivienne is KE, Dorian Necromancer, Solas Rift mage, Cole Assassin, Varric Artificier and Sera Tempest.

I was only ever iffy with Vivienne. While she's certainly powerful, I just don't see her being a front-line type of person yet. (Not to mention she'll get blood all over her robes).

I wonder if he'll mention how he became an Artificier though.

Honestly, it bothers me that adding new stories often means adding new default straight stories. Not that I'm blaming BioWare, (though pretty much every game company who sells romance arcs is often guilty), but it does hurt. Why did Solas *have* to be straight, why does Cullen *have* to be straight...

 

Doesn't matter though, it is what it is.

Honestly, I recommend acceptance. It's hard, but seething and crying and wallowing in depression is way, way less fun. And sure, every now and then I still do those things  cause I'm a dork. But I just readjust my focus to my character(s) and the awesome adventure he's gonna have, and really, screw the romances. And there's always ME4 and DA4 and maybe we'll get luckier then. 

 

And we could leave the thread, but really, we still love Cullen, and I dunno about you, but Cullen Thread has become a part of my life and I couldn't shake it off no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't!

I could for a while, but then I'd lurk, and lurk, realizing that the friends I made here in short order were gone to me. It sucked. Honestly though, as awful as I am, I got to admit I believe if you see someone craving something they cannot have (especially if they don't know they cannot have it), if you care about them, you shut them down.

The thread has changed, granted, but a lot of the same people are here, and many new people are just as friendly. It's hard to see people talk about the awesome times their inquisitors are going to have with Cullen, but I just scroll quickly past those bits (the fan art, too). So far all the regular thread posters are supportive of those who didn't get Cullen; everyone understands... it is depressing, but there's nothing we the fans can do to change the game (not even mods, apparently!!!! *shakes fist at FB3*)

 

Anyway, I'll be your friend, so don't leave again

I had a massive crush on him the second I met him But I played the game two years after release so knew he wasn't a LI or anything.
