Uhm, just don't mind me. I'll only leave something here to pass little time of that remaining month 'till DAI.

Are elves barefoot in DAI like in DA2? I don't think I have paid attention and suddenly just wondered about this.

Thanks. That's good, it kinda bothered me in DA2. Walking barefoot hurts! ^^

Hmm, I didn't have children with him until he was living in the castle, and the children still looked like beggars LOLDidn't you move them into the castle? They all dress "proper" then.
Aw, I liked the barefoot look. Maybe some of the armor options will allow for it?They're not barefoot.
Having options is always good!

You must never go outside xD I grew up in the country and walked barefoot outside everyday as a child. Your feet get tough and calloused... I like it for the Dalish but not for the city elves, although the lack of shoes has historically been a sign of poverty.

Well I have walked barefooted outside and for that experience I know that it hurts ^^; I guess feet get tough after you do that for while.
I prefer elfs with boots ![]()

You got that right. I clearly remember running across gravel like it was nothing when I was 6 or 7. If I tried that now? It doesn't bear contemplating.

Holy sh*t, I never even saw the symbol on his gauntlets
Now I can have even more fun teasing him about "not" being a Templar anymore ![]()

Used to run across gravel like nothing as a kid. Can also bob and weave around goat head patches like a pro.
Growing up in the country gave me some really important life skills.

Curious! I just checked a youtube of the final fight in DA2 to look at vambraces, and I couldn't see any symbol on those at all, so this isn't just Cullen holding onto part of his Kirkwall armor.

@ Tishina.
You know I was convinced that the armour was some fancy pants Orlesian plate, I must say it looks more likely to not be Orlesian... with the Ferelden Templar symbol on it and the red lion pelt (Frostbacks lion mentioned in the Tabletop Dragon Age game), I imagine Cullen has an interesting tale or two to to tell us. 3 years since the end of DA2...
November needs to come fast!

Just noticed that his gauntlets have the Sword of Mercy pointing up, like his Ferelden Templar outfit.

I just had this thought out of the blue. What if, in order to romance Cullen you cannot flirt with him. He does kind of turn into a lemming when you flirt with him. Maybe, he has to be the person to start the romance, not the Inquisitor.

I'd love the return of (some) companions flirting first, but I think that was taken away because some people found it uncomfortable. :/ I thought it was interesting... but oh well.

I'd very much prefer if some of the LI's did first move or even ninjamanced my character than that I always have to be the first who flirts. I think this feature could be tied in approval so when LI likes your quizzy enough as friend they would try to flirt with them. Some of my quizzys are more shy so it'll be harder to headcanon that they make first move.
It's just bummer that they don't have this anymore : (
