He IS a heathen though. He's not Andrastrian, therefore he's a heathen. Just sayin'.

Oh, I agree! I just want the chance to talk about it.

Not Cullen-specific related, but doesn't one of the templars, Thrask, perhaps, ask Fenris or Merrill if they know some random elf, and they respond kind of indignantly?

Didn't DG say that there are Elven and Dwarven Templars? It's just that we've never seen them because... well, it's easier to duplicate everyone.

Ouch. That hurt to hear, and it wasn't even directed at me lol

Only Elven templars, though they are very rare due to the racial prejudice.

I was gonna say, could a dwarf even become a templar? Because of their psuedo-magic?

EDIT: Oh man, gameplay-story segregation, yes?

You'd think Dwarves would be perfect for it... mind you, I dunno if they'd be able to use Templar abilities since they Fade doesn't effect them.

Dwarves probably could, but that'd be infinitely more rare.

Well, since human templars thrive off the lyrium, and dwarves are much more resistant, it might be a tad different than normal.

I need a Dev to explain to me how Templars work.

Better yet, make Cullen do to in DAI.

Playing Banished. Any suggestions for a town name?

Oh, I agree! I just want the chance to talk about it.

Oh yes. Especially since it'll come up with my elf. Hopefully I'll be able to express what she believes in. Which I'm not sure myself yet.! I don't know if she'll still believe in the Elven gods since she doesn't really identify with the Dalish anymore.

An elven templar, fighting prejudice, trying to keep his/her head high... that's screaming for a story.

I just have no clue if Templar powers would be beyond a dwarf due to their innate resistance.

Someone told me off in one of my DAI videos for using dd/mm/yy. I told him to go **** himself.

We say it the same in Canada. I switch it up, since I'm originally American and not used to every difference yet. And usually only see Americans get all nitpicky about it.

Affect, dear.

But I think the real problem with dwarves is that they would need to believe in the Maker. Do surface dwarves still have a reverence for the Stone? Or are they just generally agnostic?

Evangeline was originally meant to have the superior ears. But I think Gaider thought it would make her too much of a Mary Sue.

Affect is a verb, effect is a noun, and a boob is a person who corrects you when you use the wrong one! :P

I'd say some might keep their reverence for the Stone, but ....

Hold up.
