naw, this confirms the Divine was expected to be at Haven, presumably before the explosion, since Cass is taking Varric there in order for him to talk to her. I would guess that conversation never actually happened.

Well, we saw via the CC that the blast happens during New Game. I'd imagine we get to see what happened before hand in a flashback, perhaps when Cassandra is interrogating us.
