I thought I was the only one with that problem. I once had the game crash twice in a row when I had the archdemon under 10% (I used profanities in several languages, including ones I thought I'd forgotten). I think in my case, it's the graphics card because if I turn the graphics setting to low for any fight I know will have a lot of AOE effects going off, etc., it almost never crashes.

You dont need to worry about it if you just got ur PC  you should have everything up-to-date

Keep in mind that we cheaped out a little when we bought the video card, and I'm using Win 7, 32 bit (plus there's a possibility that something was strained that isn't showing up in hardware tests when my computer took a power surge that proved my surge protector had already taken one too many.)

you should be able to run DAI  fine, the 2nd part is your hard drive that has  1 terra bit of space and also shows the speed that its running

and as for the 8GB that is your RAM , I see you got a pretty good processor

Hmm... your graphics card may be low. That just means you won't be able to run the graphics on a high setting. Other than that, everything looks good. I guess we'll know one way or the other tomorrow.

We almost have the same PC specs but my graphics card is a GTX 745. I don't think it's much of a difference. I was told my computer would run DAI fine on medium settings. So I would say just don't tick everything up to high/very high and you'll be fine.

Ah, crashing in DAO! I'm very familiar with that, thanks to the big memory leak in Denerim. Had to get rid of the lovely environmental high res texture pack I was using, because it just made the Denerim crashes more frequent.

I agree with BevH. Your specs look fine, though the graphics card may hold you back from running the game with high/max settings, since it only has 1.5GB of VRAM.
