Ah I'm not surprised. I'm not too excited about the game anymore, so, meh *shrugs* I'm sure it will still be fun to play.

And... I get back to my desk too late to see any of it live. Ah, well. I don't suppose they released PC specs during the demo? Some of us actually have to order computer parts online and then arrange someone to install the components if we need an upgrade, so I'm getting antsy on those.

Ah, sorry, that is true. I didn't mean to give the wrong impression. Probably I'm just really disappointed and feeling down about the game. It really is like letting go of something that held such an important place in my life.

They have not released PC specs.  They did mention that they were going to show of mouse/keyboard controls and PC UI during a stream next Monday the 13th, so hopefully we'll have detailed specs by that stream if not before.

Well, mostly because I'm slowly accepting that I'm not going to be romancing anyone, and romances are reason #1 why I love and play Dragon Age games. That right there kills a lot of the joy.

 

I was trying to hold on to character creator; being able to produce my perfect character would make up for some of the depression, but so far I'm not too impressed. The hair is bad and the voices are both bad (for me).

It was British. But in the CC today, they tested the American Male VA voice and he sounded perfect.

She stands with her knees knocked and her hip cocked to the side, too. Yeesh. I'm gonna have trouble playing a female inquisitor.

 

My hope is, by the time I finish my first playthrough, there will be a mod to replace the female walk animations with the male's. I mean I can justify it with my first character, she's a bit sassy and a human noble, But for my battle-worn qunari? NOPE no way. I'm no modder so I have no clue how difficult it would be.
