Leliana is pro-mage at the end of Asunder. No surprise on her stance.
Cullen stood for what I expected.
Also did you catch...Cassandra disapproval registering on the left?

OMG!!! He speaks! And moves! And checks you out!!!
I was wondering if I was the only one who read that as him giving you the once over. I was thinking No, that's just my dirty mind...
I think what Cullen wanted to do was have the Templars weaken the Breach--Templars are almost anti-Fade magic so they may be able to do this. This way, it would be weak enough for the Inquisitor to close it with her green hand.
Whereas, it seems Leliana and Cassandra want the mages to pour magic into Quizzy's hand so that it's more powerful and thus by being more powerful can close the Breach.
I think Cullen's idea may be less risky for the Inquisitor and isn't necessarily a bad one.

She may have been registering disapproval for the PC's "NO I AM NOT THE HERALD LA LA LA LA" attitude. She is being marketed as "the believer" after all.

hahaha I thinking the same thing
He actually does?I thought I imagined the last!

I won't watch because I don't wanna spoil myself but, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Yes, if she's Templar trained, she's not as sure of their abilities as he is.

Seriously, me too. I'm still trying to breath normally. I was not expecting the advisors to be so stunningly attractive. I mean, I knew they were all good-looking, but sweet Andraste....I'm simply blown away. And Cullen...well I expected him to be a cutie...but did I really expect he'd take my breath? That I'd actually make a gasping noise? That my joy and perhaps even relief would cause me to actually tear up? No, I did not, but that is what happened. I am so grateful they gave us that today. ![]()

Well, my daughter did too, but both of them take after me... ![]()

Oh man, my human is REALLY going to annoy her then XD She's miss "There's a logical explanation for everything" and won't take the "Herald" title seriously at all.
Seems to me that if the Templars were to try and use Anti-Magic suppression abilities, they would have to be using knocking Lyrium back by the barrel-full to try to keep their batteries charged. It frankly sounds to me like it'd probably end up having more of a deleterious effect on the Templars who tried it far more than it would have on the Breach.
I am so excited for this game, each day my excitement continues to grow...
I think I may do a Dalish playthrough first---I am going to place this game so many times it's going to be ridiculous-
I need to try all the race/class combos--and then when you look at world states from the Keep and decisions you make in the game and companion/advisor conversations---I'm going to be playing this for months

It would also take a lot of Templars to even suppress it, though his idea holds merit. I'll definitely try it on my first playthrough.

I honestly think both are a bad idea because we don't know crap about the Breach. There's no guarantee that the Templars could even remotely affect the Breach itself.

Annoying Cassandra sounds like so much fun though...
I like the characters' body language. Cullen shifts from foot to foot with his hands on his sword hilt, Leliana keeps her hands behind her back and only moves her head, Josephine talks with her hands a lot. Notice how she kept pointing with her pen? Cassandra talks with her hands too. Lots of movement there. Nice!

HE DOES?! Omg, this is going to be super awesome to see in-game! XD

Good point. That would require massive amounts of lyrium. That said, if they channel so much power, don't think they run the risk of making it even worse?
You guys are making it so hard not to go watch the livestream. XD Reading a little bit about it is enough - especially what Cullen is like! Hot damn!
Spoiler
I don't want to spoil myself so I won't watch the video but hearing about Cullen and seeing these screenshots makes me want to see it XD

Yeah, it turns out that our "Herald" abilities are rather exaggerrated...

My husband (not a fan of the series, but he's probably going to play DAI) looked over my shoulder while I was watching the livestream and just went "Damn... it looks good."
As for Cullen "checking us out", if everybody's referring to what I think they are, given that it happens right after "such as they are" etc. I think he's just casting his eyes down a bit thinking of the losses his troops sustained.
HE DOES?! Omg, this is going to be super awesome to see in-game! XD
There seems to be a consensus that that's what he was doing, so yes.

I think we are all speculating xD he might give that look with everyone.
Our minds are playing tricks on us, damnit!

Most likely,It's going to be so hard not to romance him or at least "woo" him with every single Inquisitor I make though!Even the "wooless" ones... ![]()
