trust me you are not the only one driving ur husband crazy with Cullen haha, mine has no clue who he is yet im still talking about him but then he counters my talk with his WOW talk... sigh... we can never get on the same page unless its an MMO we can both play...

My mother never used to get it, especially back in the days when Everquest first came out (I was a hardcore gamer then). Then she got her own PC & got hooked on games on FB & such. She still doesn't play anything other but now it's "oh okay no prob, I'll get you that for your bday"

Another similar household here, hubby and I both played WoW for years, then I discovered DA so I ditched WoW. Hubby kept playing for the longest time but gradually he fell away from it. With it's new expansion coming up, hubs was starting to drop the not so subtle hints about returning to it, I finally gave in and added him game time and pre-ordered the game for him. As of last night, I've been sitting here listening to him go on and on and on about how super awesome everything is, he's already doing my head in and I still have a month to wait before I get my revenge, still seems like an age away *sigh*.
Only a month away..... I'm driving my family and friends crazy with DAI talk, lol XD
And watching the Twitch stream didn't help bc I want it even more. Nov is only three weeks away~~~~ whyyyyyyyy
Time to build the new computer, then, even if it will only take a few hours. (I said I wasn't going to upgrade, but I broke down. Newegg didn't really help with the waiting because their shipping is so fast. The old one was middle-of-the-road specs but I want to see Cullen in his full glory!)
My hubby and I met in DAoC about a decade ago. We played many games together before he just decided he didn't like RPGs anymore. But he did turn me on to my first shooter, Warframe, and it has a lot of RPG elements in it.

Okay, I just had a disaster lol thought I'd get ready to settle down for you know what. I went to rattle though the dishes quickly......almost dropped a dinner plate, shot my arm out to catch it, caught it but also caught the edge of the dish rack.....I've just managed to smash 2 dinner plates, 3 mugs & a glass all in one shot 
The dog is currently hiding behind the sofa, typical Lab he thinks it's his fault lol I'm so mad at myself just now, so damned clumsy grrrrrr.
I'm sitting here imagining hubbies response when he realises I was only rushing so I could join in the Cullenites fun, seems a fair enough excuse to me but we'll see what he thinks later

These days, it works the other way around for me; my kids (and their friends) get me games to try. I don't even try to buy them games anymore, they've usually preordered before I can ask if they want it.

I'm tremendously clumsy and any attempt to remedy that tends to end in even more chaos. I attempted to wipe up a food spill the other day by leaning over a glass, knocked it over with my boobs and soaked the whole table including my medical notes and my phone. No real damage done that time but still embarassing as always
