I doubt the thread's been permanently removed. I'd guess it was hidden because they wanted to quarantine the spoilers as quickly as possible and were concerned that going through the whole thread and pruning posts would take too long. They may have been especially short on time/staff because they were pulling an all-nighter in Edmonton tonight to finish the game. I'd guess that it will return as soon as someone actually has the time to clean it up.

I figured it would be the quickest way to get rid of said offending post (and the quotes of it), i didnt know who to ask on twitter to remove it and i just didnt want anyone to be spoiled who didnt wish to be spoiled. Don't be. Trolls should get reported and banned for spoilers. Not your fault, and from what I've heard...several other Cullenites also reported the offending spoiler.

As a mod who doesn't necessarily follow every post in every thread it might not be immediately obvious as to how widespread or not the spoilers may be and it'd take a while to comb through hundreds of posts and figure out which ones need to be removed.

Aw hell and this would happen Sunday morning when I had unlimited breakfast time to catch up on the last 10 - 20 pages of the real thread. As long as the thread's only hidden and can be restored, though, better to have to move our discussion for a few hours than have a ton of us unwillingly see major spoilers.

Don't feel bad, they're right, you did what you were supposed to do. Hopefully this was just a temporary measure and not just an overreaction by someone. Considering the thread's positive interactions with Allan in the past, I'm going to trust him and believe he'll look to see what happened once he's had some sleep.

I hope Allan can help because otherwise, they've just told the trolls how to get threads they don't like removed without any cooperation from the participants. Sigh. Not the way I needed to start my morning. Oh well.

 

Even if you can't post there, you should be able to go there and read it... But I realize that doesn't do much good if you can't post. However, you can catch up with the situation going on here, if you feel like it.

It was from leaked artwork and it was edited on Cullen's romance tile. I think the problem is that it's from artbook not that it is spoiler since it didn't spoiler anything to me at least.

I figure he was the one putting up the most resistance, so after killing the rest of his fellow Templars in front of him, the demons decided to put him in the barrier to make an example out of him, as well as see how long they could mindscrew him before he cracked?

Agreed. I believe that too, simply because he is the last character you meet before you confront Uldred. So it seems that all the other Templars were already dead, obsessed or changed allegiance. I also think that the demons wanted to toy with him becausehe was resisting them the most.
