I just filled out the "who will your inquisitor like?" survey in one of the others thread, and yeah, Vivienne will probably be his least favorite person perhaps along with Dorian.
As for who he'll like most, I think it will be Sera 
She'll be like a little sister to him. And perhaps Solas; he'll look up to him and see him as a sort of Keeper.

Vivienne: I fear you may have me confused with the Bull, darling. I know the horns may be confusing for a poor girl who's spent her life trudging around a filthy forest using dead squirrels as pillows*, so I don't blame you.
In any case, I fear Skyhold in too poor condition for such tawdry activities. The doors and walls do not muffle sound, as anyone who has the unfortunate luck of being downwind from Commander Cullen's quarters during one your nightly trysts can attest.

I have two inquisitors in mind, both Trevelyans, one boy one girl.
Girl Trevelyan:
Likes: Josephine, Leliana and Dorian.
Dislikes: Cullen (don't hate me!), Iron Bull, Vivienne and Sera.
Claims to dislike but really likes: Cassandra.
Neutral on the others.
Boy Trevelyan:
Likes: Cassandra, Cullen, Solas and Blackwall.
Dislikes: Cole, Dorian and Varric
Claims to dislike but really likes: Sera and Josephine
Neutral on the others.
I can't judge too heavily, but I think I have enough of an idea. My Inquisitor will likely get along best with Josephine, I think they'll have a lot in common (also planning to romance her first... eep.) And probably Solas, as well.
As for dislike... it pains me to say this, but she'll probably end up disliking Leliana. I rolled a similar character back in Origins and he always end up saying the wrong things to her, and they butted heads often... I think it'll be the same here.
I'm glad the thread is back! I feel kind of like I added to the problem by quoting the picture, but at least it has been dealt with.

No need to hate; My FemQuizzy will probably not get on with him either, but then she'll also probably be a total Super B!tch, too I love playing female characters like that.
Your boy Trevelyan sounds like my quizzy; he gets on with the more serious-minded folk but the likes of Dorian and Varric leave him feeling wary.

I think my inquisitor wouldn't be much of a tea drinker... and ruin Inquisition tea time.

My Inquisitors will like different companions but I have like 5 quizzys already so this is getting tiring XD
So I see the relations like this at the moment:
Milica will like Dorian, Sera and Varric & dislike Iron Bull and Cole.
Valpur will like Solas, Cole and Varric & dislike Cassandra, Iron Bull and Vivienne.
Tamarin will like Dorian, Iron Bull and Vivienne & dislike Blackwall, Varric, Solas, Cole..
Skye will like Solas, Dorian and Cole & dislike Iron Bull and Vivienne.
Michal will like Cassandra and Blackwall & dislike Solas, Cole and Dorian.
Valpur and Michal will like Cullen, Tamarin more neutral, Milica will warm up and Skye will agree to disagree.
