In wonder if each specialization relates to one of our companions. Three specializations for each class, three companions of each class. Or if they'll have far more personalized trees, like in DA2. Was that ever stated? Because if it's not our companions, then Cullen can totally teach us the templar arts.

In some of the screenshots up on the website, the armors look pretty good. And they look like actual battle regalia for mages, not just robes.

OKAY LATE ARSE SCREAMING THOUGHTS ON THE TRAILER

 

The voice sounded lighter in this trailer? So that might make Curry Art a little happier with the British voice for her elf? I hope so, at least. I don't want anyone to be unhappy.

 

I love Cass! And I love how she questions the inquisitor! 

 

Varric has earned my love all over again and I want him as an LI so bad. Sadly he probably won't be. Damn Bianca.

...I want to admit I sulked a little because he doesn't look nearly as strong featured as he did in DAII. He looks a tiny bit like Vega there actually. 

 

Dramatic hands guy is attractive! And he looks interesting. I think I might have found my first Inquisitor's LI if he's an option and Cullen's an NPC choice.

 

I'm also a little disappointed that, if Cullen is an NPC, that means once again we don't have a proper Templar view as a companion. We've had so many damn mages that of course we sympathise with them more. We haven't had one proper Templar that can show us the Templar's side of the argument in a moderate fashion...

 

I am definitely excited! But also a little "oh well"... 

 

Not to seem ungrateful or anything! I just don't count Cass as a Templar and it just feels like the perspective we're given of mages and Templars is ridiculously unbalanced...

No, it's conjecture. Conjecture I think is very strong and personally I agree, but not confirmed.

Man, I have a feeling that Cullen and Mustachio mage are not going to get along. Even moreso if he's a total flirt and the Inquisitor is romancing Cullen.

Tempest for rogues makes me think of whirlwind for dual wield. One of my faves.

I was depressed for about 5 minutes before shrugging. Oh well, I 'spose. At least he's in game and appears to be important.

Well, if there are NPC romances in this game, that means there's more options, both in the companions and the NPCs, right? So if Cullen is an NPC romance, then maybe Solas and Grey Warden, possibly Varric and Iron Bull are also romances (Because ME2 and 3 had a lot of romantic options, I thought, and maybe DA is following suit).

but wait, dramatic hands is a mage? so 2 male mage li's? hmm, idk abt that. they don't usually confine us to a particular class like that for Li's.

 

so maybe male companon Li's are GW and solas?
