So... apparently in ME3 I am in a relationship with Kaidan while simultaneously being in a semi-relationship with Steve After one mission he told me not to worry him so much, and now on Earth, after the infamous "STEEEEVE!" Shepard tells him to stay safe, and he replies, "Anything for you."

 

Good god, man, Kaidan is right there, show some respect!

Oh, I actually stumbled into the Kaidan romance on one of my playthroughs with a male Shep.  He'd been faithful to Liara throughout the entire three games, and suddenly Kaidan is asking for a romance and I'm like, "Noooo!  Can't break your heart, Kaidan, but that's not how this guy is going, argh!"  I had to stumble my way through to the "we're like ... brothers, man" talk.  Poor Kaidan, sniffle.

Learning that he has siblings has made me way more excited about delving into his upbringing. This will probably never happen but imagine if we got to reconnect him with them in some way  It also sounds like he may have had a nice normal childhood which is something I really wanted for him. He has been through so much suffering as an adult that I kind of didn't want him to have a crappy upbringing. I wonder what number child he is? Guh, so much to mull-over!

Today has put me over my like-quota for the first time (stupid sexy Cullen!), so this is me liking that gif!

I seriously can't get past that chess scene. I could sit around all day drooling over it. Cullen is amazing in it.
Also, I will practically be interrogating Cullen over that chess board. "Tell me about your family", "How is your relationship with them?", "Where do you come from?", "Where are they now?", "Should we find them?", "Are you letting me win?"...

When I grow up I want to be a pixelated character in DA:I. BW have ruined me for real life romances.

He *smirks*.  The guy who stammered all over himself talking with my Amell and couldn't relax around Hawke now smirks.  Sexily.  And sasses Dorian freaking Pavus.  I just can't get over the facial animations in this game.  His eyes crinkle, even the scar on his lip moves.  YUM.

Y'all talking about Cullen letting you win... imagine that's true and the Quizzy chooses the option to let Cullen win, so they both spend hours trying to get the other to win, but neither of them are getting anywhere and both think the other is just hopelessly awful at chess.

And it ends in an awkward draw, lol.
