Y'all talking about Cullen letting you win... imagine that's true and the Quizzy chooses the option to let Cullen win, so they both spend hours trying to get the other to win, but neither of them are getting anywhere and both think the other is just hopelessly awful at chess.

This thread is really friendly, isn't it? I only became active earlier this month and felt the same way.

My approach to this thread is best summarized by Amy Farah Fowler from the Big Bang Theory:

This thread is so cozy, none of the consistent posters here are jerks, the casual off-topicness at times is a great way to talk the rest of the game without feeling like you're yelling at a screen, and there are constant updates of Cullen shirtless, which is.... satisfying....

ME is pretty fun, but DA was and will always be my first choice when it comes to those two.

 

As for ninja-mancers...well Leliana has done that to me quite often as well. However, I was going through a DA2 playthrough and I suddenly got ninja-manced by Merril. The girl is so sweet, but I can never bring myself to romance her. I also lost Isabela for the first time, as in she did not come back at the end of act two and I have yet to see her make a return in Act 3. So today was had many firsts for me.

 

I'm romancing Isabela in DA2 at the moment - must watch out for that!

 

Well, I woke up at 0730, thinking that the house felt really warm (it's Autumn here, and getting chilly).  Got up and checked the thermostat.  Although it's set at 20, the actual temperature it was running at was nearly 25!  WTAF??

So I come home read all this and already melt... I then watch some of the stream and can't stop grinning... I usually never get massively excited about anything and this... I think it's going to make the next month go very very slowly

I love the fact that we can all have different views, opinions and feelings about any/all of the characters, hey about anything really, and have a discussion without put downs or the need to force our views on others. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere after bad experiences with online communities before which have made me shy away from most forums etc. But with this thread I feel like I can express myself without fear of backlash, hate etc.

Nicest bunch of people I've met online and I've been active on online forums, MMOs etc since late 90's early 2000s.
