I really hope if my Resolutionist FemHawke turns up, I can keep her far away from Cullen. They never exactly got along well even before she jumped on the Anders crazy train to explosion town.

I have the same FemHawke. If she shows up I will probably be forced to put her down.

If Hawke is in fact helping us fight scary spider demons, my Inquisitor will let her live.  Enemy of my enemy and all that.  

 

As a player, I like my Hawke, but I don't need to spare her.  It was fun to play a Villain Protagonist for a change, and my Hawke should face the consequences of being a ruthless fanatic.  I just worry about poor Varric

Look for the old screen shot from when we first learned the four race names. The Lavellan was female.

It rings a bell for me. But I vaguely remember that the War Room Cullen Derpy Elf Warrior was called Valya. And they don't seem to be changing the names from the default.

Yes so I just set up a second screen for my laptop for Inquisition. Now I can play while simultaneously on the forums... ha. My life is over. :I

Oh yeah it was. But I think the default name now is Evelyn. It sounds more like a noble name anyway.

Le sigh. Been thinking on my inquisitor's hopeful Cullen romance - and I have a sad feeling they'll go the way of Katniss and Gale at the end of Mockingjay.

Absolve him of some blame. Forgive him. But since I can't, I'll just have to deal with the pain.

We really don't know that it was "his" bomb, but because President Coin had no problem doing a last Hunger Games w/ capital children, I totally think she pulled the trigger on the idea, and that it was Gale's bomb that killed Prim. And the idea for the bomb was so heartless. Kill people and then kill more when others come to help survivors. Very ruthless. I was annoyed with Gale also. It was just plain heartless of him too to want to leave survivors in District 2 trapped in the mountain in an avalance, and knowing his own background, and Katniss' father, as a miner. But I still thought he had a shot w/ Katniss because Peeta was so out of it mentally.

 

I don't think Cullen is Gale, but I could see a similar situation play out over Kirkwall w/ my inquisitor.

Other than the twitch footage with Cullen?  No....

I can't stop squeeing. I LOVE. LOVE how Cullen suddenly gets up when the Inquisitor walks in. I'm swooning all over the place and the game isn't even out.

I can't think of a single roadblock to my Cullenmance, which is probably what scares me the most about it. It all just seems too easy, too low-effort, too neat and clean, to fit in just a little too perfectly. BioWare romances never work out like that for me. They seem pretty and harmless and fun and then they punch me in the face and stab me in the heart and leave me bleeding all over the floor. Everything with Cullen just seems so... suspiciously easy that I'm just dreading in advance the intensity of the massive punch to the feels that awaits us.
