True, but that statement isn't just vulgar; it's bordering on sadistic and just seems power hungry and "I'm going to humiliate you through sex." Would be okay for consensual S&M of course but I doubt that's part of any LI's story.
While I don't think that this line is spoken by a companion/LI, I don't think it's very nice to assume that all people who like dirty talk are gross, villainous, misogynistic douchebags
It's not just dirty; there's an element of power and intent to dominate/humiliate the other person... like I said above, okay for consensual S&M but otherwise, yeah, it's douchebaggy. And I would immediately punch the face off anyone who spoke to me in such a way.

I like the cousin idea. Specially in this setting, where you could have distant blood relatives you've never had much if any contact with, like the Hawkes and the Amells. Hawke and Warden Amell are cousins, but never really met or had any contact, so you could make your Inquisitor and Cullen distant cousins in minor nobility and it doesn't even need to be scandalous, just the expected distance from a family that spread out across different countries.
It adds a nice personal touch to your Quizz's friendship with Cullen, too. It's a pretty neat roleplay concept.
I just like the scandal part for flavor. And maybe not scandal, per se, but more, Cullen's uncle ran off with a Treveylan daughter (like to Orlais, or Antiva) when the family didn't approve and then something happened to them and the Inquisitor and their siblings ended up being raised by the Treveylans in Ostwick. Something like that (still working on all the backstory).
*shrugs* Just my opinion and comes down to how I expect respect from a lover and not to be treated like something that's just there for him to stick his dong in... unless of course I agreed and consented to such "play" beforehand.

It's about the only thing I can think of that would put me off Cullens romance, I have no issue with nudity, implied or otherwise or even a little smut/dirty talk but there are definate lines that I wouldn't want to see crossed in a game. Lol hubby is eye-rolling at me again at my new found prudishness 
The absolute nightmare for me would be if my quizzy overheard Cullen drunk, burping and slurring in the bar talking to the gang about her like that, cringeworthy 
Seriously though context is obviously the key, the ERSB ratings always just grab at the strongest points to highlight. I know the ME lines too and agree, in context they were harmless.
I'm not too worried about any of those lines appearing during the actual romance scenes, fun to speculate over and panic though
The forums are messed up for me too, same symptoms as you guys, if I load from my favourites, no delay and seems np's but if I go manually through the menus I get the white screen and hang. I've been hanging for a couple of days just clicking my Like button too, it doesn't seem to register until I refresh or change page.
