in other news. I noticed that in the last twitch thingy that yes the emotions in the face and all that is amazing. But what I couldn't get over were the movements and posture. Like the way Dorian or Cullen were sitting. Just things like that gives them an even stronger sense of realism. Can't wait to see what other realistic elements they add.

I remember the way all npcs use to move their hands when talking....to me it use to seem over done. I'm hoping they found more realistic forms of body language during a conversation.

I've been mildly obsessed with wanting a whole scene / conversation without words. Only facial expressions. I find them, if well done, very satisfying and able to say more than words can express.

What I've noticed abt the facial expressions is that they seem more subtle than DA2. There are def still there, but not quite as exaggerated? It's more of a subtle eyebrow raise. That kinda thing.

 

They are enjoying the implementation of those lopsided roguish grins, though. Everyone's a Derring-Do these days, hmm?

 

I like it. I'm looking fwd to seeing the real thing when I'm playing. I think there's prolly even more there that I'm just not picking up on with the youtube vid of vid thing.

Her smiles are rare and the subject of much conjecture from scholars, who tend to be able to study more lunar eclipses in the time it takes for something to amuse her.
