I still like the idea of a tailor coming to "create" your outfit, all the while insulting you when you pick options that he/she doesn't find fabulous enough, LOL!

Haaha, that reminds me of Heren and Wade from Origins. I'd love it if Wade were to make my dress. Ferelden style.

Is anyone interested in equipping The whole party with Inquisition's armours and outfits? I'm quite interested by this option.

It's because it's desing for male. If female have to wear pants they could design something more feminine... <_<

I now wonder how The Skyhold male outfit will look now. I thought at first that it'd be different from The Female one, but if they made the same outfit for both genders for the ball, maybe there aren't many differences between the Skyhold outfit.

Again, I'm personally fine with the ball outfit for all my characters, though I'd have liked options. Resources are limited though.
I guess races is a reason why we'll get one outfit for Skyhold and one for The ball.

There probaply won't be much or any difference. I don't mind ball outfit so much, it looks pretty great though options would be always nicer but I don't like how Skyhold outfit is all same beige color, it looks little like pyjama for me because of it ^^; Too bad the coloring is not changeable.

Yesss!!! Drakeskin dress with dragonbone corset!!! And cute mabari puppies motif on the skirt.

Hey it's a really great idea! I heard that many military officers comes to ball with their uniforms since it's considered formal attire. Would be really nice, I actually like Cassandra's normal style already so that should work fine with Fem!Quizzies.

Well the skyhold outfit on a female character still looks feminine, but the shoulder pads on the ball one definitely makes it look more masculine sort of like the outfit Hawke wears in Mark of the Assassin, always felt a bit awkward on my FemHawke but then again that´s just me :P Oh well, game´s  going to be amazing anyway :)

Then it will all depends on the pants then. A nice slim pants (but not skinny) will be nice. With nice shoes.

Well, ball outfit looks like a grim joke to me. ;/  It's even worse than Skyhold outfit. I am so disappointed. :(  :(  I'm going to wait for mods. I still have hope that there are going to be mods.

Yeah, I am very disappointed as well.  I think I will run a male playthrough and then put the game away and wait for mods.  :(

This is how I feel as well. That ball outfit is absolutely, definitely not something I would ever choose for my female Quizzy to wear if I had a choice...but this game is going to be giving me so many things that I'd dared not hope for at one time and is going to be so freakin' incredible in so many ways that I'm going to just roll with it.  :D

While I don't think the Skyhold outfit is that bad, the color is going to be horrible with a lot of skin tone and hair color combinations. And after all, it's the outfit you'll be wearing in every single cutscene with your companions and advisors, including your LI. Unless you're nude... :P

If the ball outfit is supposed to be a military uniform, I guess it makes more sense, but still, I think they should have gone for a different venue if they weren't willing to give people the options that a ball screams for. It's weird how they force a combination of masculine and feminine things on female inquisitors with no choice (even in the situations that it shouldn't be that difficult like letting people opt for the other gender's movements). Since I don't think BioWare devs are doing it intentionally, I just have to think they aren't getting input/feedback from a variety of women at the point where these decisions are being made?

I love this too, with my Dalish rogue insulting him on his appalling lack of knowledge of the latest Dalish fashions (even if she's making it up), especially if she thinks he's trying to make her look more human. She would want something exotic (sari-esque comes to mind for a Dalish) that emphasizes her Dalishness.

Edited because I shouldn't write before coffee kicks in.

Yeah the color is probably the thing that most people have a problem with, I wish they would have gone with blue or something, like this :) tumblr_ncvs94BaVK1tb1vsbo1_500.jpg

Love that one! One good thing about DA:I is that they bring the one-handed sword back to the belt instead of at the back. It's classier for Cullen anyway. Imagine he pull his sword from his back at that "To the Herald!" scene?

I don't like the ball outfit for the female inquisitor either. It looks like it was designed for male inquisitor first and then put the female model. I really don't think they would've chosen that if they'd started with the her instead. I want to be okay with it because I really want to enjoy that part of the game... but I'm just not.

And this situation reminds me of this video:

I'm writing a story at the moment and am trying to find the age of Gaspard de Chalons...which seems problematic.

I can't find any references to the siblings of Emperor Florian, apart from there were several, and at least two sisters.

This is one toxic family...move over GoT  <_<

Florian had a wife, a male lover, and a mistress (Lady Mantillon, a bard). We have mention that Lady Mantillon had Florian killed, helped Celene disgrace her cousins with stronger claim to the throne, and then to take the throne. We also know that Lady Mantillon trained Celene and to a certain degree Gaspard (though whether before or after Chevalier training is unknown).

According to Word of Gaider, Celene I is 36 in 9:40 our current year, and she is the daughter of the youngest sister of the Emperor Florian.

That would place Gaspard somewhere in the  40-50 range at my best guess.

Does anyone have any more info than that?

Sigh...latest rumour on Tumblr is that Cullens gauntlets did not have the Templar symbol on them during the chess game or war table introduction.

For science and fellow Cullenites I replayed these vids....again. The symbols seems to be engraved rather than embossed, so only shows up in certain lighting. They are there in both scenes, but are more obvious on Cullens left arm during the chess match, and almost invisible on the right.
