I had a thought about what would happen if there were young children around Skyhold...

 

Inquisitor - Cullen it's your turn to supervise the Skyhold Creche..

Cullen - Wait, what? it can't be...

Inquisitor - *nods* I'm afraid so, there is a roster somewhere..

Cullen - I'm no good with youngsters, this is a very bad idea Inquisitor.

Inquisitor - You think any of us are "good"? Now get going, it's your turn!

Cullen - *Grumbles* stomps off in the creche direction muttering under his breath..

Cass - You really are horrible Inquisitor, none of us had to take a turn, we have staff for that...

Inquisitor - I know we do but I gave them all the day off. That'll teach him for beating me at chess the other day

My Inquisitor is going to be hopeless and really awkward around children (a bit like myself lol), I wonder what Cullen would be like?

I dunno, he might be really cute with them. Or organize them into an army with toy swords and storm the war room...

I imagine if he was supervising the creche, if you were to look in the door and observe, he'd be under a kiddie pile-up, covered in paint, mushed fruit, other unexplained gooey stuff and the kids would be having the best fun picking on him, the gruff Commander is actually the biggest softie

I think he'll be really good with children, he certainly seems to have plenty patience

Sera would be running around pinching people, Varric would be playing with crossbow that uses suction darts, Iron Bull would be hogging the jungle gym that he's turned into a fort, Dorian and Vivienne would be playing chess, Josephine and Leliana would be playing with their Skyhold dollhouse, Cole would be building a den under the War table, Scout Harding will be climbing trees, Blackwall and Cullen would be in the mud fighting with a wooden swords...
