I sent a bunch of people friend requests through Origin, still pending approval, probably not online right now. But I also have a lot of you as friends now, too. And you do show up in The Keep, so that's good!

Cheers - I logged out of the Keep and out of Origins, and when I logged back into Origins, I saw your request.  The Keep;'s still not seeing you - maybe it takes time to percolate through the system??

So... I don't want to be that guy, but did anyone notice the interactive story misspelled Calenhad with two l's? Not important in the slightest, but it doesn't help that little voice in my head that cannot help but want to correct people's spelling...

It took signing in and out of the Keep a couple times (I changed from IE to Firefox too, although I don't know if that had anything to do with it) and I'm finally able to find more people and send invitations.

It's really interesting to see in game how he cope with his Lyrium addiction, since I guess that it's quite reasonable to say that at this point he already became an addict. Apparently even if he's not companion we will still see him on the field, so I guess that he won't always stay on Skyhold to just do administrative. How can he manage his addiction during a long military campaign I don't know.

 

 

An interesting point, actually mages also use lyrium yet I never see one single mage that got lyrium-addict! There had been several examples + mention of templar getting bad lyrium addict, even quite young apparently (Carroll).

 

Talking about Darkspawn Blood, do you think that Dog (from non-human noble origin) is actually got tainted? I mean, the quest to get him is to find a flower to help this sick dog after touching darkspawn blood. And we all see that Dog doesn't change into ghoul...

 

Wouldn't the fact that the chantry controls lyrium distribution (and intentionally feeds it's templars the stuff routinely to insure "loyalty" but is more cautious and reserved about it with the mages) explain that handily?

SO I CAN FINALLY TALK ABOUT THE KEEP OPENLY! YAYA! To celebrate, I want to share one of my favourite Keep tiles with you:

I actually have only picked this decision once, (didn't have the heart to do so otherwise), but I just love that the tile really depicts the horror and shock of the decision in game. I got shivers when I saw this. And I heard "I hope that this was all worth it, Brother." repeated in my head.

I wonder if using the lyrium to do magic, as opposed to suppressing it, means that it affects the body differently?
