My mum pops in for coffee every few days or so, she tries to show an interest in all things DA but she fails miserably. Gets all the names muddled up and such, got to give her 10/10 for trying though I think most of my family and friends will breathe a collective sigh of relief when DAI finally arrives, I'm quite sure I'm driving everyone up the wall now Hubby has his nose buried in WoW so he pays me no mind atall, I bunny in his earhole constantly about you guys, this thread, Cullen, trying to show him piccies and the likes, it's at the stage now where if I get a grunt of acknowledgment from him it's a bonus lol.

 

I think I might actually be losing it.....or maybe I've already lost it, hard to tell

 

We only just noticed a few hours ago that the builders that were fixing the roof have left their ladders up on the roof they are clanging and banging about in the wind too, hubby thinks they are anchored at the top, gads I hope so......

See... I've been having a plan for this. First, bug Mom. When she looks on the verge of strangling you, bug Dad. When Dad's patience starts to wear thin, bug best friend #1 who used to play Dragon Age Origins. 

 

THEN bug best friend #2 who KNOWS best friend #1 but doesn't play Dragon Age at all so you can tell them the whole story from beginning to DA:I including the books in between. 

 

THEN when you realize there's a group of Cullenites that are JUST LIKE YOU, you come to BSN everyday to read the rumours and spread the goss! 

 

And between the times you are on BSN, you find the above listed people to bug again. By now, they should have recharged their batteries and should be ready for my incessant fangirling again. 

Haha I actually bugged my friend so much and kept sending her links that she turned into dragon age fan herself And now I´m trying to make her join the cullenites,slow and steady,we´ll get there

I only have you guys to talk all things Dragon Age and Cullen to. I can try to talk to my mom but she just looks at me and says she doesn't understand greek. My husband kinda listens and just looks at me like OMG she is a fangirl. So I just come here to get my fix. He looked at me strangely when I told him we have a MP group for the Cullenites. So yes I talk about you guys on the thread and DA so much its all I can think about right now.

Ok, this is NOT fair!! LOL! I just wanted to "like" this post because I so love Cullen in this one, and I get this error: "You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day" >.<

I like Anders because his intentions in DA2 were always pure. He was only trying to bring equality and peace to the mages, and he made one small mistake, as we all have. Unfortunately his mistake changed his life forever. So when I romanced him, I took over almost a caretaker position and tried to bring back the happy-go-lucky Anders from Awakening. I felt like it was worth it in those few moments when his old self shone through. And when my Hawke's mother died and he consoled her, it was like he was finally returning the favor of my constant comforting. It was so incredibly sweet, I don't know how anyone could hate him after that. Also, I guess the fact that I'm not very attached to religion and the chantry would explain why I wasn't so upset that he blew it up...

Do you know how many posts you have to like before that happens? Because it's never happened to me, and I like A LOT.

I always tend to be his protector... which I pretty much end up doing in every PT.

I have "liked"... many posts, for one day. Lost count, of course. Thing is, it did happen to me. I wish I was that lucky as you are.

See, I killed Anders most times because he was my friend and he was not in control if himself, with no way to reverse the merging with Justice. Anders told me that he didn't want to blow up the Chantry but he couldnt stop Justice, and he begged me to kill him. It was the only way to free him, he couldn't be trusted as he was.

I always wanted to think there was a better way so save him, rather than just... putting him out of his misery.

I'll be honest: I hated Cullen in Origins and  DA2, I wanted to cut his frekking head off with a dull axe.

 

But, some of the characters I like the most end up being the ones that undergo serious character development and changes over time, so I have hope that will happen to Cullen as well in Inquisition.

You know what I've been thinking, reading some of these posts regarding past LI's and whatnot... I may be alone on this but I really found the "Gee, Ricky I'm really sorry your mom blew up" (name that movie!) moment lacking after Leandra died and your chosen paramour came in to comfort you with words and zero body contact. If we have another heart wrenching experience, I sure hope there would at least be an arm around the shoulder or something. Or hell, don't say anything. Just wrap the girl /guy in your arms and let them sob it out.

It's like a bigger spoiler than the DAI ending, I don't think anyone actually knows for sure how many you get lol. R2 explained it better for me though, each like you give is on a reset timer for 24 hours, so if you give a like @ 10am, that same like becomes available again 10am the following day. I find sometimes that even if I get the "Go away, you have NOOO likes" error, if I try again 30mins or so later, I have one available again. It will depend how concentrated your like spam has been as to when you'll get some available again .

Well, I never wanted to do Cullen harm, but my attitude varied between indifference and mild dislike. But DAI Cullen plays chess. He's a general. If he's not the designated angsty romance, we could get along quite well.

Obviously, none of us know for sure but from what we have read and heard he has indeed developed as a character. Hopefully he can move up in your estimations and you will grow to like or at least respect him .

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd drop by since it's been a long time and say hi. Got super busy with school over the last couple of months. Just a bit over 2 weeks until I have to choose between romancing Cullen and passing the term! I'm just a little bit worried tbh.

Wait...I think that makes our World States invalid...at least until we change the option unless of course the option just kind of goes poof and everything works out.

What do you mean? They'll just remove the tile. It won't affect your world state.
