I don't think he would be a Howe...I always pictured him as more a farmers child. Never pictured him being from a noble family....only 2 weeks till we find out for sure!!!

Well in DAO amd DA2 he did look a lot like Alistair...he could have been one of the family however...Cullen already mentioned a sister and I don't believe I have ever read anything saying Meric had a daughter so you might be safe and Cullen is not a Therin

Yeah I really don't think that warden is Alistair. I know Frostbite has changed some facial features, but Alistair looks nothing like he did before...I know time passed, but even in DA2 you could see some of Alistair even in that frankstein remake of him. So I don't think it is him merely on his facial structure and hair/facial hair. XD

 

Oh so I just noticed a massive statue in DA2 of the Arishok's head being crushed at the Docks...first time out of many PTs.

Oh yeah, forgot about that.  Still, I have this dreaded feeling that the romance at least is going to go all angsty in some way, and the fact that they are sitting on his name makes me wonder if it has something to with it. 

 

Who could he be?  If it is a family we have already heard of, what are the guesses?

  GOT SHALL TAKE OVER THE WORLD...fantasy and reality! I just can't believe that there is 16 days left until I get the game...it has been such a great ride. Now, I just need to get a new router since mine has died. Unless anyone knows the reason why my PS3, DS, and Xbox is not picking up an access point...everything was fine three days ago...

Wild speculation...here goes.  IF he is related to a past character we've seen before. how about....Bella? (you know, the tavern chick at Redcliffe).

 

Shoddy evidence for this speculation (which is based completely on boredom)...

 

1.  Bella is in the Keep.

2.  Lotsa choices for old Bella   Why is that in the Keep? How could it possibly affect DAI?  though it may be because we see her again, but...who knows?

3.  Only problem, Bella good at chess?  Not likely.  Of course, she was good at reading people.  Remember "...but I think he's lying..."

 

 If not Bella, what about the wee kid we found in Redcliffe, the one whose father had a sword and whose sister us to find him?  She is young and he is wee, but Cullen may not have been a Templar long.  And that kid is the Keep as well...

To be truthful, I really HOPE it has no significance.  I like him as just Cullen, personally...
