Last night I dreamed we were getting a DAI trailer with Cullen in it! 

 

Of course I also dreamed that I was hiding meatballs all over the kitchen at work to try to get my residents to say "surprise meatballs," that I was attempting to mix Borax and Mucinex to create a better sinus remedy, and that Jaime Lannister and his brown-haired but otherwise identical brother were stealing SUVs in Skyrim, so I think it's more the case of even a stopped clock being right twice a day than me being the purveyor of Cassandra truths.

Massive; I'm pretty sure he will be just for the ladies, but that's me being a pessimist. I see there being six or possibly five LIs now. Aside from that, I had terrific visions of getting to see him fight in field, and now all that is gone. On the plus side, love the feathers.

Somewhat same. It feels like Bioware now just added in his romance to shut us up....now I wish they would've just made him non romancable because I honestly do not like NPC relationships. They never work out and are always missing a certain element that the other relationships have. I'll still get the game, but the excitement on this particular topic has been drained, immensely. Though, that could be in regards to my whole life being in a crisis at the moment talking. Apologize if I seem negative for that. The next few weeks are not going to be good for me because my family is going through an extremely rough period...

That's why I said maybe not! I'm still not over it either!

 

There are 3 people that don't have any weapons: Cullen, Leliana and Scribe Girl. Everyone else is armed.

 

The problem I have with the theory that only companions are wielding weapons is we don't know if Scribe Girl is wielding one. If you look at the pic closely it almost looks as if she's holding something behind the Grey Warden. So, I'm not buying that theory, IMO. Although, it does seem to make sense at this point. She was in the survey right? Anyone have her stance? I could've swore it was exactly the same thing and she was holding something.

Aha! THanks!  (and thanks also to SIfr! I didn't realize that was the real reason; I thought you were fanficcing.  )

 

I do tend to do that a lot! But yeah, store-bought staff was the real explanation, Malcolm finding any old excuse to skip to the shed to smoke and read porn, that's me filling in the blanks about why he lied about it to his wife and kids!

 

And if Cullen's supposed to earn trust with the Templars, I wonder if we can choose what kind of mission to send him on to accomplish this task? Personally, I'd want to force him to take the James Bond route and seduce some female recruits into letting us in... because if you can't troll the characters you love, what's the point of having them?

Gaider nixed a Cole romance, so we can probably assume it's just bad word choice. Gaider would let hell freeze over before there are 9 LIs.
