Well, at least I'm still hoping that the Templars wont be Cerberus 2.0 and siding with them automatically makes you a bad guy. I was planning on doing a Pro Templar run for my first run, but if I have to side with Red Templars and there is no good explanation why they choose to take Red Lyrium, I'll be somewhat upset. I already felt like it was the "renegade/evil" choice to side with the Templars in DA2, even though you run into a hell of a lot more crazy Mages than Templars.

I don't think you'll be siding with the Red Templars or Venatori, under any circumstances, since both are pretty set on trying to kill you.

 

You'll be siding with either the mages or Templars, not either of their "evil" counterparts.

Honestly I don't think so, I might be totally wrong, but look at that guy. He looks jacked up! Dark eyes and his face is covered in something, I hope it's just blood from fighting for him and not some growth (but then, why is there none on the armor?). And then you have Samson .... Really? There couldn't have been a better Templar to represent them? Probably just a scene, but I definitely would have used a less sleazy guy.

I got the impression that the Red Templars and Venatori only came into play as your opposition, they aren't actually who you recruit or chose to side with. I could be very wrong though but bare in mind that the devs/writers have said that most of the trailer clips are put together deliberately either out of context or in the wrong context. They like messing with our mojos

So, DAI's going to be all either-or decisions with no compromises or negotiated settlements between factions (blast it, I thought that was one of the reasons we were getting Josie)? That's kind of annoying to say the least, especially since they've talked so much about shades of grey. Reaching a settlement and getting them to work together is the grey area/middle ground between extremes. Recruiting either Templars or mages is siding with one over the other. It's too bad they didn't stick with the hint that there'd be some third option, especially since the peace conference suggests some openness to peace by both sides.

 

Ah, well, maybe it won't be as annoying as it sounds. I intensely dislike being forced to side with extremists, though. Or maybe I'm just cranky since I no longer know what Inquisitor I'll run first. I've been put off playing Zhenya right away, between the female-dwarves-as-hobbits appearance and being a little leery now of IB's romance. I find warriors are usually easiest for me to work out on a first PT when the controls are still confusing, which rules out my Trev mage and my Dalish rogue, and I'm concerned about what role a non-mage Trev might be forced into. A Dalish warrior was pretty far down my list, but she's starting to sound like the "safe" option.

No, unfortunately no Tempest yet. That one hasn't been previewed in videos. Hopefully that will change Thursday cause a very large embargo will be breaking, and we're gonna get an enormous amount of videos.

It depends on how far into the main story they were allow to play, if it includes you getting to Skyhold then it would probably be very spoilery,I really hope it doesn´t include massive spoilers though

You should be alright. Considering about 15 videos were released in the Video Mega Thread in the Scuttlebutt section on Monday and I didn't see a single mention in here, you ought to be alright sticking here.

 

I have an idea of what ought to be shown on Thursday, but you ought to be fine in here.

Yeah, I was really worried about that at first but then again,no way they would include that part right? So I wonder what´s actually included,maybe it´s stops when you get to Val Royeaux?
