I've had very few problems getting people in England to take Scottish money - especially nowadays when every penny counts!

Hey. So, in the Dragon Age keep, there's an option 'Hawke and Cullen were friends', was this actually ever really explored in game?
Like, Cullen and Hawke never seemed to be at each others throats, but they... respected each other?
Is this just pure headcanon or can you legit make them friends/not friends in DAII?
But.... you can't actually kill Thrask in Act of Mercy, you can kill the other *******, but Thrask isn't killed off until Act 3, regardless of what you choose.
Is Cullen calling you his friend an actual thing? I've played a completely pro-templar Hawke before, but I've never had Cullen call me his friend.
It is. It's very subtle and easy to miss, but depending on certain things you do through the game he greets you as either an "old friend" or "less of a friend to the Order" in Act 3.
Yes, you can also call him friend in Act III, "I just wanted to see how an old friend is doing in this difficult time." That being said, MLaw has confirmed it's not tracked in DA2 and so doesn't make sense to feature in the Keep. So it's just headcanon.

I think a bank should change them for you. I know a few years ago I sent my cousin some money, included in the envelope were a couple of £1 notes (odds to make up a birthday), most places outside Scotland don't accept them now. My aunt came up with an idea though, she got them laminated and put into small frames, so now they sit as decorations on my cousins dressing table

My gran always said to me "work towards building your future, it's important afterall but never forget to live while you're at it, tomorrow is never guranteed" for the most part, that advice has served me well
Cullen swimming brought an interesting image to my mind, it's a pity I can't draw. Cullen & as many of our other male companions as you can think of involved in some serious, competition level synchronized swimming, large circle in the pool, floral caps, matching trunks and such.....I can't make up my mind if its cute or horrific

I had a rare £5 note upstairs in one of the presentation wallets, my youngest step-son when he was going through his sticky-fingers phase pinched it and spent it 
Keep your eyes open though for 20p pieces and £1 coins that aren't dated, they were a printing error at the Royal Mint and are rare but rising in value to collectors 
£1 notes are getting rarer now, I don't think they actually make them anymore but they are still legal tender here and every now and again you might still get one in your change. £1 coins are the standard now though.

Pay them into your bank, they'll take them. (I can't remember what pictures are on the notes - I pay for just about everything with my card nowadays!)
We don't have pound notes any more. There are £1/£2 coins with Scottish heraldry, as well as Welsh and Northern irish, but i don't know if they're technically 'Scottish pounds', or are just minted in England. I must have a look...
Oh, I'm dying to use that War Table....for other reasons (Cullen is involved) .....

@DA FAN, thank you so much for posting these videos! It makes planning my Inquisitor a lot easier. Also, I have a random question for you--I noticed that the long sleeved shirt that your Inquisitor is wearing under her vest/overcoat thing is green and stripe-y, it looks really similar to the casual clothes we've seen for our Inquisitors in Skyhold. Is that a part of the armour you have equipped, or were you able to change the colour of that?
At least I feel less shitty for not knowing what I want to do for the rest of my life right here, right now at 19. Considering everyone begins asking you that starting at kindergarten, it gets incredibly old.
You know, it might be better like that. I always know what I want to do when I would be an adult ever since I was in kindergarten. When I finally decided to change a little bit from my plan, everyone keep asking me a thousand times if I'm sure about this change of plan and I should've stick with my initial goals "since that's what you always want to do, if you change now you'll regret it".
