That's good news. This waiting is killing us, but imagine how rewarding it will be when we finally get to play the game. So looking forward to it. ![]()

I'll send you an invite...well I'll try ![]()
Well the qunari, dwarf and elf are quite unrealistic for human but they aren't humans. The human female is pretty skinny as well but not in unhealthy or destructive level? Personally I'd like her being more muscular though especially warriors ^^
Oh no, I didn't mean in here. I meant out in the world. No one in here was jumping down throats!
Sorry, I should have worded that part more clearly. What was said was that the female body types represented the unrealistic and destructive images projected to us in real life. Now, I don't really count the female dwarf and elf in that because they are fantasy creatures and everyone will have a differing opinion on how they should look, as to why they we should have the option to change that in the CC. But for the human female, cancelling out the fact that she really should be more muscular if she is going to be a warrior, to me looks fine and not unhealthy at all. I pass people that look like that everyday walking down the street and I doubt that 99.9% of those people are doing anything destructive to look the way they do.
So yeah, I definitely agree with being able to change your PC's body to reflect what is realistic for that character and you should feel comfortable with how the character that you are playing looks. You do want you character to look like they are comabt hardy, lol. *side eyes male elf*
A good example of the double standard is that Nicki Minaj song where she says "F all you skinny b*tches". I don't know how it went down in America or other countries but In NZ no one batted an eyelid over it and it really annoyed me because if she had used the opposite word to skinny in her lyrics then there would have been no way she would have lived that down.
Hmm, I managed to start something by accident just before I got tied up in meetings then focused intensely on a project for several hours. Sorry!
I detest any body shaming or stereotyping, Boom, so believe me, that wasn't my intent. I have several friends I swear could model for the elf body type with no problem, and they are very healthy and incredibly attractive. Some of my reaction is due to living in a country where there is no escape from sexualized advertizing that only celebrates one body type, and to having a relative with an eating disorder.
I have no problem with the female elf body shape now since that's clearly a racial thing, not a gender alteration, and I applaud the inclusion of a body type on the slender extreme. I have issues with the female human body type in the shoulders and arms (and thighs), at least as a warrior, especially when the human male mage is far more muscular; it's absurd and hard to find any reason other than unnecessary gendering (look at female athletes, particularly those who use their arms and shoulders heavily in their sports). My objection isn't actually to the torso on the human women, though I do think they made them thinner than average. I also think the qunari female is oddly thin compared to the males, though IB probably makes that seem more distorted than it is. But my big problem is with the female dwarf. In the pictures that show a female dwarf and Varric in a picture together, you wouldn't even know they were the same race. If I hadn't known that they were supposed to be dwarves, I'd have wondered why they were introducing hobbits to the game. Most of all, while there is now a body type that represents the very slender and wiry (Dalish), there is no longer any female body type that looks at all muscular or powerful (much less even slightly heavy). It's depressing that men have a selection of body types, and even male mages will look strong and muscular for their race (someone wanting a slender male Inquisitor has the option of a Dalish). I particularly like playing female warriors because they do feel physically powerful, but honestly, the only ones that won't feel absurd to me now are the Dalish.
Soooo, lovely weather around here today
Which it absolutely isn't, there is good chance I'm going to get flooded again tonight at high tide, the joy of living with the sea at the front and back of my house. Floodgates are up on the doors, just a case of waiting and seeing now

Both, plus the Welsh, the Manx, the Cornish and the Bretons. The Galicians in Spain are Celts too. And there is Celtic blood in some parts of Russia.
Apparently the best events to see all of them is to go to Interceltic Lorient festival ![]()
There you can get Carlos Nunez playing galician bagpipes. Last time he did a piece of music with Galician Bagpipes, Scottish highland bagpipes and Irish Uileann pipes. That was really something.
This is one of those posters someone designed!
Welp now I know there's no way in Hell my poster won xD

I know so BW better have done the best job ever. I don't think I could take another DA 2 let down. From the previews of the game I don't think it could be that bad but a bigger world doesn't mean a better one.
Spoiler
I have thought before (as I mentioned in my first post regarding Fenris) about romancing him. And now that I have all the facts, I might wanna try his romance... if there was no super awesome game (DAI,
) coming out pretty soon. I can't do anything right now, let alone romance Fenris. I mean, all I have in mind all the time is Cullen.
