Fontofnothing: haha!! That's what I do! Well, for most things. Not so much Dragon Age. I do it because I feel like my excitement wont be excited enough or people have too much of high expectations for my reactions. So when I get gifts or anything I feel this tremendous pressure and then just come off all dull and lifeless.

 

Sounds about right! Opening gifts is also really awkward for me, so you're not alone there. My reactions, or lack of them, usually lead people to believe that I'm either disappointed, bored, or disinterested, when that's really not the case at all. A reaction video from me would just be my expressionless face for the duration of the trailer, followed by me trying to (unsuccessfully) convince people that I really did enjoy it!

So in this one, his eyes look like they're looking in the same direction again... and it's almost like he's disengaged from whatever the Inquisitor is doing. Like... he doesn't approve (not that we've ever seen him disapprove of something before...  ). This gives me all sorts of notions of him disagreeing with the Inquisitor, ala my comments about the chain of command.

Now, at first I didn't think that Rhys would've died along with Fiona, but then I thought that his death might be behind Cole joining the Inqusition. What do you guys think?

See, when I look at Cullen standing there, I see a military man at parade rest. So his expression doesn't read "disapproval" it reads, uh, a military level of stoicism. When at parade rest, you're not allowed to talk. It's a waiting stance. So, I see a man who is waiting to be given orders. But that's just me.

It might also be why Alistair is so involved in this game, if Fiona is, indeed, his mother.

Leliana is the left hand of the divine (as Cassandra is the right), but she's not a high member of the Chantry. She's practically Justinia's bodyguard and spy.

oh. oh, dear. i wonder if the npc's will change clothes. i mean, i wonder if cullen is gonna be walking around in the...feathery, cloak-y, cape thing?

Also true. This is an interesting twist! No wonder no one wants to talk to. [spoilers]They're all squabbling over who gets to be in charge. Or they're suspicious of us. Which could be fair if the Inquisitor is mage OR an elf OR a qunari. Hmmm...[/spoiler]

Would they start us off as a default blood mage?  It just seems strange not to have that available.

There prob just new ones along with blood magic, if blood magic is a specialization and not just another tree of magic[/quote]
Nope, they're the full specs, not just the new ones, because rogue and warriors have three specs as well, and rogues have one old (assassin) and warriors three old ones (Champion, templar and Reaver).
