I haven't watched it to know precisely, but I accidentally "stumbled" upon one of the spoilers in another thread... So I'd say going to a media black out is a good call!

I went into that thread about the Gamespot spoiler and while I didn't watch it, I read enough to suspect what I might see.

 

It's been a suspicion, so it's not a full on spoiler, but I still don't want to see it. I've been told I have better willpower than most though. It's been risky skimming reports of reviews without catching too much that's spoilery.

 

So far, I'm counting no solid ending commentary as good news. It's definitely not a ME3 situation then. I remember what it was like a week out from THAT release ... Oi!

I was just....... I was so weak. Why did I venture out of this thread and into the one titled "OMFG do not watch the gamespot review"? It was like some entity just took over and drained me of my willpower and MADE ME WATCH IT! ​I take absolutely no responsibility for my actions.

The title of that one did sort of scream not to watch it, it's like the giant red button that says "don't push" and you have this overwhelming need to push it Screenshot was enough for me too lol

 

I watched it.  I watched it before I read not to and was all O.o

 

My calendar says 7 days, 7 hours... much excite for being ale to see everything in context!

 

Edit: In my defense I thought it was just going to be random gameplay captures, and while true, it was a little more than bargained for, and I wanted the review impressions lol.

...So I saw this one thread that said not to watch something Gamespot did...I did not click on it, but I did click on something else...and it actually was not too bad. I think I can at least say what topic I clicked on without any spoiler tags. "Hero of Ferelden Appearance(spoilers)" it was something like that. Now it is not too bad, but now I am kind of wondering what this other "no no thread" is...

 

Is it a really bad spoiler...like really really...REALLLY BAD?

Grim....GRIM?! That makes me jump to some pretty big conclusions...as in no matter what the IQ dies...all your Companions die and the same for Advisors...and every romance ends in tragedy. I must remain strong for I only have a week left, but if the IQ dies regardless then I am going to be picking up a pitchfork and hunting for some Bioware employees! Lol, I'm just kidding about that...but I would be greatly saddened and disappointed.

O_O...Alistair dies...The Warden dies...if they die then they MUST die together, for many of us commands that! Ugh...curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought him back...then a steamroller squished him right back. Just tell me this is it a sad spoiler or a happy spoiler? Then I can somewhat quiet the demons that are screaming for me to give in.

Yeah, it's getting a bit like a minefield now. We've been very well behaved in this thread though as we have a dedicated spoiler group, can't gurantee that there won't be woopsies but for the most part it's safe

This is true...this is true...my mind is dying to know, but my heart is punching my mind back and shoving it into Pandora's box...so I'm torn. On one hand I want to know so I stop jumping to most likely far more crazy scenarios, but if it is really bad/sad then I may just melt. The last part of your post does put me somewhat at ease....if Bianca dies then so be it...poor Varric, if Fiona dies...so be it...but I really cannot deal with the death of any past companions or heroes. Even though it may eventually happen.
