Ya so that Tempest tree is definitely not for my Trevelyan. I can see my Cadash dual wielder going to town with this spec, what with her dwarven drug dealer mad alchemy skillz, but the Artificer abilities and leader-like descriptions definitely fit my Tev's background better. Sigh, Quizzie, why must you be so obnoxious to build... 
That Templar skill tree is still calling to the deepest warrior-loving recessess of my soul, but I need to stick with my guns on this one or my whole Archer Supremacy world state goes to hell. Archer!Warden and Archer!Hawke would feel unforgivably betrayed. My warrior Adaar is absolutely learning some Templar abilities from her BFF Cullen and taking this spec for herself though, I don't even care how awkward it gets lore-wise.

Yeah, I've seen the whole thing. It huuuuurts me, I want it so bad... 
but I must stick with my archer for the first PT, I've planned far too much around that build to change classes now. 
But at least reading those descriptions in the Templar tree makes me all giddy thinking about Cullen as a leader figure to Templars. "Through faith and will, you dispell all hostile magic," and "Your faith is your protection against the elements," and "Your righteous fervor inspires the entire party to fight harder," etc. Those blurbs just have Cullen written all over it.

On the Enemy of Thedas trailer, he pulled his 1H sword with his right hand. On Skyhold video, he's using his right hand to place the chess pieces. So I assume that he is right-handed.

Well, even for girls in my family I'm the shortest one, all cousins & my mom are around 5'7 to 5-8. My dad's short though (he's the same height as me) so I should've got it from him.
Most pictures I see have him with his sword on his left hip, so he's probably right handed.
