Click on the little circle that pops up at the bottom of the screen, just above the scroll bar, and move it back and forth until you isolate the single frame that has the red lyrium weapon. Pause for a second and it's found.

And if I may offer my own version of what my Hawke/Warden/Inquisitor would reply in that scene;
